Lavanya arranges for Deepika and Chirag to participate in the pooja at her and Omkar’s home. Shobha and Manorama express feelings of envy and quietly state that Deepika has taken Jahnvi’s rightful place. Yashwant expresses gratitude to God for bringing stability to Deepika’s life. After the pooja, Chirag and Deepika seek blessings from their elders. Yashwant extends his thanks to Chirag for helping Lavanya accept Deepika. Chirag humbly credits Deepika for earning this acceptance. As she serves out Prasad, Deepika suddenly feels lightheaded and makes her way to the kitchen, where a servant notices her paleness. Dismissing it as nothing, Deepika admits feeling nauseous and sweaty.
As Mishka takes notice of Deepika, it dawns upon her that Deepika is expecting a baby. Mishka plans to sabotage her pregnancy, causing Deepika to slip and fall. Meanwhile, Manorama inquires with Shobha about whereabouts the snack box she had purchased. Prithvi observes Mishka aimlessly wandering through the house and asks Neelima for their options for controlling her behaviour. Shobha discloses that she had hidden the snack box in Jahnvi’s room.
Manorama instructs Jahnvi to retrieve the box. Jahnvi slips and falls on the greasy floor as she heads towards her room. Deepika gasps in distress and hurries to her side. The family immediately takes Jahnvi to the hospital, where Mishka examines her and delivers the heartbreaking news that she has lost her pregnancy. The family is stunned by this revelation.
Lavanya blames Shobha for plotting against Jahnvi and causing her harm. Chirag defends Deepika and cautions Shobha to keep her distance from his spouse. Deepika faints. Mishka worries about the revelation of Deepika’s pregnancy and attempts to interfere, but Chirag intervenes and escorts Deepika to an examination room with a different doctor. Shobha persists in shouting. Lavanya warns her that she will be banned from entering her home if anything happens to Deepika.
As Chirag emerges from the examination room, he embraces Lavanya with great emotion and shares the news that Deepika is expecting. The entire family celebrates joyfully, except for Shobha, who sheds tears of envy. Chirag then offers his congratulations to Deepika. She inquires about Jahnvi’s well-being. The family pays a visit to Jahnvi and attempts to comfort her. However, Mishka takes advantage of Shobha’s solitude, which stirs resentment towards Deepika. She goes further and plants doubts in Chirag’s mind by questioning how Deepika could be pregnant when his fertility reports are adverse. As a result, Chirag becomes suspicious.
