In response to Yashwant’s complaint that Shobha stole five lakhs he borrowed for Deepika’s wedding, Shobha agrees and refuses to return the money, claiming to have spent it all. Yashwant’s health deteriorates. As Deepika gets concerned, she offers him water and tells him they will earn money by selling flowers. When Jhanvi repeatedly messages Chirag, expressing her love for him and insisting he accept it, Chirag feels irritated.
As Deepika observes an Ekadashi fast today, she asks Shobha to let her work later as she feels ill and tired from mopping the floor. Manorama drops more water on the floor and laughs. Shobha insists that Deepika tell her who her fiance is. Deepika feels dizzy and falls. Yashwant rushes to her to confront Shobha, who is rude as usual. He calls Chirag and informs him that Deepika has fallen and has a fever.
He tells him not to worry about the money and to take her to a nursing home owned by his senior, Dr Pratap. Shobha hears him and follows him to Manorama to discover who Deepika’s fiance is. Yashwant takes Deepika to the nursing home, where the nurse informs Deepika that Dr Pratap has already told them of their arrival. The nurse then takes Deepika to the treatment room. Chirag joins them.
As Shobha and Manorama reach the hospital, Chirag is shocked to see them. Shobha says Chirag is Deepika’s fiance. She cannot let Deepika become Jhanvi’s jethani/SIL. She will inform Lavanya. Manorama stops her and says they will confirm Chirag’s identity via Birju. Dr Pratap treats Deepika, and Chirag thanks him.
In Pratap’s opinion, it’s good that he showed up at his nursing home, at least. Chirag expresses concern at Deepika’s condition. On Manorama’s instructions, Birju went to find out if Chirag was the doctor. Chirag got a call and left the room. After seeing Dr. Pratap inside, Birju informed Manorama that he was not the one.
Deepika is brought home by Yashwant. Jhanvi asks Deepika what Chirag is doing in the nursing room. Yashwant tongue-lashed Shobha for spying on them. Lavanya gets a call that Chirag met Deepika. She angrily reaches Deepika’s house and slaps her. Yashwant says she does not have the right to touch his daughter because she is rich. She admits to breaking a society rule and asks why she is trapping Chirag. Her drama continues.
