Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua 23rd December 2024 Written Update begins with Chirag waiting in his hospital cabin alongside Chandni, hoping to meet her mother. Chandni admits she’s bored, so Chirag offers her his phone to play a game, but she politely declines, saying it might affect her eyesight. Just then, a nurse informs Chirag that a patient is experiencing severe chest pain, prompting him to leave. In his absence, Deepika enters to take Chandni away.
Meanwhile, the patient Chirag was called for suddenly goes missing. When Chirag returns to his cabin, he finds Chandni gone as well. Deepika, now outside the hospital, contacts Baldev and plans their rendezvous. A junior doctor updates Chirag that another emergency needs his attention. Simultaneously, Mishka arrives at the hospital, but Deepika hides with Chandni to avoid being seen. Eventually, Deepika leaves the hospital with Baldev and Chandni.
Elsewhere, Ragini shares her painting with Lavanya, who is moved by her talent. Ragini says Lavanya looks just like her mother and that god/Savre will soon help her reunite with her real mother. Lavanya silently hopes Deepika will return into their lives.
On their journey, Deepika, Baldev, and Chandni travel by jeep. Deepika explains to Baldev that all signs from god/Savre point toward staying in Jodhpur. She shares her plan to join Sunshine Academy, believing it’s essential for Chandni’s future, especially since she dreams of becoming a doctor. Deepika also insists on protecting her daughter from insult and sorrow. Baldev encourages her to face Chirag, but Deepika refuses, choosing to stay hidden.
They arrive at their old house, where Chandni screams after spotting a lizard, adding a light moment. Deepika calms her down and promises to enroll her in school and settle in Jodhpur permanently. Chandni expresses confidence that meeting Dr. Chirag will aid her recovery. Together, they clean the house and enjoy a small family dance, lifting everyone’s spirits. Deepika vows to consult another doctor to treat her illness—her daughter’s happiness is her priority.
Meanwhile, Lavanya prepares for a conference with Ragini’s help. Chirag praises Ragini’s nature, and Lavanya comments that she reminds her of her mother. When Chirag questions how she knows that, Lavanya says she believes Ragini is a reflection of Deepika.
Deepika practices for her job interview, with Chandni cheering her on. Chandni asks when they will meet Dr. Chirag again, but Deepika says they are still waiting for his appointment.
The next morning, Ragini prepares for school, but her lunchbox is missing. Neelima forgets due to a friend’s emergency. Chirag asks Jahnvi to prepare the tiffin, but Prithvi reminds him that she already delivers tiffins to the school. On the other hand, Deepika gets ready for her interview as Chandni lovingly hands her a tiffin and wishes her good luck. Deepika silently prays not to run into Chirag again.
