Deepika overhears Manorama’s blackmail towards Mishka, demanding a sum of 10 lakhs. Deepika confronts Manorama, questioning her motives and the reason for her demand. An angered Manorama retorts that it is not Deepika’s concern and reminds her of the family’s loss of a 50 crore deal, threatening to report Deepika to Lavanya if she does not stay out of it.
Deepika confidently assures that she is not intimidated by anyone, for she is certain of her righteousness. She stands firm in her decision not to succumb to Manorama’s attempts at blackmailing Miskha. With conviction, she heads off to meet Mishka. Upon overhearing their conversation, Lavanya ponders what could be the source of this girl’s unwavering confidence and makes a mental note to investigate further.
With eager anticipation, Mishka stands at the back of the hospital, awaiting Manorama. When Deepika joins her, she questions the reasons behind Manorama’s blackmail. In response, Mishka explains that her grandmother is elderly and needs financial support for daily expenses, so she was assisting Manorama. However, Deepika points out that Manorama has family who can provide for her and questions whether another motive could be behind her actions.
Mishka had unintentionally given a patient a drug overdose while being distracted by Jhanvi. Thankfully, she was able to save the patient’s life. Mishka then took it upon herself to apologize to the patient’s family and even offered them financial compensation to protect the hospital’s reputation. However, Manorama witnessed this exchange and is now using it as leverage to blackmail Mishka. Deepika encourages Mishka not to fear Manorama and promises to be there for her if Manorama attempts to cause trouble again.
From afar, Lavanya observes their conversation. Confused, she approaches them and takes Mishka to the car, which she then leaves with. Curious, she asks Mishka about her discussion with Deepika. Mishka believes that the women in Chirag’s family are unintelligent and sees Lavanya as easily manipulated by them. She fabricates a story about Deepika pressuring her to convince Chirag to leave Lavanya’s home.
Lavanya becomes increasingly angry and begins to exhibit erratic behavior. Upon arriving home, she brandishes a bat and threatens to strike Deepika. Instead, she violently smashes water mugs on the dining table while berating Deepika for marrying Chirag without her approval, causing significant financial losses in their business and attempting to separate him from the family. Despite Deepika’s attempts to speak, Lavanya persists in her unhinged behavior.
Mishka rests in her hospital cabin, pondering whether Looney Lavanya has completed her task with Deepika. As Manorama enters, carrying a bag, she requests that it be filled with 10 lakh rupees. Mishka invites her to take a seat while she prepares the cash and then departs. Rejoicing that her plan is on track, Manorama is offered tea by a ward boy, which she quickly finishes.
Mishka enters the room, inquiring about the location of Manorama’s heart attack treatment. She reveals that Manorama has only 30 minutes before succumbing to a spiked tea. In a desperate plea, Manorama begs for her life to be spared. Mishka deletes a video from Manorama’s phone and confesses to lying. However, when Manorama attempts to retaliate, Mishka warns of severe repercussions if she causes trouble again and demands her immediate departure. Fuming with anger, Manorama storms out of the room.
The following day, Mishka brings Chirag’s favorite coffee to Lavanya to further incite her against Deepika. As Chirag and Deepika approach, he becomes overjoyed at seeing his preferred drink. Fueled by jealousy, Mishka watches as Deepika tries to assist her after she accidentally spills the coffee. However, Lavanya immediately pushes Deepika away and begins to curse at her.
Chirag inquires if Deepika could refrain from using profanity towards her, even for a brief moment. In response, Deepika advises him not to ruin his day. Agreeing with her, Chirag departs. Meanwhile, Mishka brings out Lavanya’s wacky side and later offers to assist Deepika in conceiving a child quickly. Overjoyed by the prospect, Deepika accepts and pledges to follow Mishka’s suggestions. The drama persists…
