Jhanvi accuses Deepika of killing her baby and stealing her spotlight. She vows to ruin Deepika’s life and take everything away from her. Chirag overhears the conversation and warns Jhanvi to stay away from Deepika, threatening to expose her true intentions to the family.
Later, Deepika accompanies Neelima to the hospital for a routine pregnancy checkup. Mishka questions why she scheduled an appointment with another gynecologist instead of her, claiming to be the best. Deepika explains that she didn’t want to trouble a top specialist for a routine visit and walks away, leaving Mishka frustrated.
Mishka then visits Siddharth’s house, only to learn that he has gone to the temple. Meanwhile, after her checkup, Deepika also visits the temple. Spotting her there, Mishka quickly calls the hospital, falsely claiming that her father—who is Dr. Chirag’s patient—has suffered a heart attack near the temple, requesting immediate medical help. At the temple, Deepika prays for her unborn baby, lovingly nicknaming it Laddu. She feels overjoyed upon seeing Siddharth and shares a cheerful conversation with him. When Chirag arrives at the temple to attend to the supposed emergency, he is devastated to find Deepika with Siddharth.
Back home, Lavanya shares Chirag’s childhood clothes and toys with Deepika, reminiscing about old memories and bonding emotionally with her. Meanwhile, Siddharth returns to the hospital, visibly upset. Mishka seizes the opportunity and bribes a peon to place Deepika and Siddharth’s photos on Chirag’s desk. When Chirag arrives at the hospital, Mishka shows him the pictures, manipulating him into believing that Deepika is having an affair with Siddharth and that the baby belongs to him. Overcome with shock and heartbreak, Chirag starts doubting Deepika. Taking advantage of the situation, Mishka contacts her lawyer and instructs him to prepare Chirag and Deepika’s divorce papers. However, Deepika overhears the conversation and calls out to Mishka, leaving her stunned.
