Deepika rejoices when a vendor brings Rajnigandha flowers to her flower shop. She searches for a tape to attach the flowers and discovers her trophies in a trunk. She thinks Baba/Yashwant hid the trophies here. Her trophies were sacrificed to Janvi, so she believes she can sacrifice anything for him. As Saloni tries to steal Janvi’s mug, Prithvi runs behind her.
Her anger rises when she sees Prithvi go mad behind Janvi. She tells him he should make Janvi follow him, not vice versa. She throws the mug in a trashcan. Prithvi gets upset and drives towards Chirag’s hospital murmuring Janvi is Ms Rajasthan, why would she run behind him, she doesn’t realize how much he loves her.
Janvi arrives at Chirag’s hospital in an attempt to entice him. Sustaining an injury, she enters his cabin, where Chirag questions her purpose. Janvi explains that she requires his medicine for her wound. When asked about the injury, Chirag noticed her palm injury and bandaged it while questioning how it happened. Janvi admits that she intentionally injured herself as an excuse to meet him. However, Chirag dismisses her actions, stating he is too busy, and asks her to send in the next patient.
Janvi expresses her love for him with a hand on her chest, claiming her heart races at the sight of him. He rejects her affections, insisting she direct them towards Prithvi instead. Undeterred, she repeats her desire to marry him. However, he reminds her that she has been promised to his younger brother and nothing more. She persists, declaring that she wants only him and not Prithvi. In response, he forcefully pushes her away and demands she leave. Her determination is unwavering, she proclaims that she always gets what she wants – just as when she became Ms. Rajasthan last year – and now, she will have him at all costs. Unaffected by her threats, he sternly commands her to depart. She storms out in a rage.
Upon arriving at the hospital, Prithvi notices Janvi leaving. Chirag feels it necessary to inform Prithvi about something regarding Janvi. As the door opens, he assumes it’s Janvi returning and asks her why she came back. However, Prithvi clarified that he was just on his way to meet her. This prompts Chirag to bring up his concerns about Janvi and whether Prithvi truly knows everything. In response, Prithvi inquires if Janvi is seriously ill, to which Chirag explains she only has a hand injury. After expressing his deep love and concern for her, Prithvi reveals that he cannot live without her. Despite this, Chirag hesitates to tell him the truth.
He says her pandit baba was right about her handling everything. He asks her to visit the temple on time for pooja as pooja is performed according to muhurat. Deepika makes rangoli in a temple and decorates it for saavan maas pooja.
Chirag visits Prithvi’s room at night and considers telling him of Janvi’s truth. He asks God why he wrote so much pain into his brother’s life. Getting out of the room, he meets Roshini. Chirag pampers her. Payal walks up to Chirag and emotionally hugs him. Chirag makes her sit down. She says Roshni didn’t know she had a large family. Chirag says staying together is more important than the size of the family. He assures Roshni that Lavanya will accept her soon and pamper her.
The next day, Purohitji stops devotees from entering the temple and informs them that the Mittal family built the temple, so Mrs Mittal will light the Shravan Maas lamp first, and others will perform pooja after that. Lavanya’s assistant says Madam is on her way. Purohitji’s assistant takes Deepika in via the backdoor. Deepika believes Purohitji talked about performing pooja according to the muhurta but has not yet carried out it. Lavanya reaches the temple.
