Lavanya assures Chirag that his child will be treasured as her own. Grateful, Chirag prays for a successful treatment and the opportunity to become a father. Deepika also dreams of becoming a mother soon. Meanwhile, Omkar celebrates his birthday with the hopes of gaining his father’s approval and expresses his pride in Lavanya. Yashwant and Shobha join in with well wishes for Omkar, who then blows out the candles on his cake. As the festivities continue, Chirag leaves to head back to Delhi.
Lavanya excuses herself from the call and is taken aback upon discovering Deepika’s medical report, revealing her infertility. She confronts Deepika in front of their family, expressing her shock at the hidden news. Everyone is surprised by this revelation. Lavanya accuses Yashwant of plotting to deceive Chirag by marrying him to his “defective” daughter. Yashwant defends his daughter, stating that there is no defect in her. Lavanya shows them the report to prove her point, and Omkar asks Deepika whether Chirag is aware of it.
Deepika explains that Chirag is unaware of the situation because she discovered it yesterday. She didn’t want to add to his stress from work. Despite Deepika’s explanation, Lavanya continues to shout and swear at her, demanding that she leave her house. She turns to Yashwant and urges him to take his daughter away from there. However, Deepika stands her ground and refuses to leave, stating that her husband brought her into this house and she will only go if he requests it.
Lavanya insults Yashwant, causing Deepika to speak up. She declares that she won’t tolerate her father being disrespected, just as he wouldn’t accept her being disrespected. In agreement, she departs with Yashwant. Seeing this, Lavanya warns the family to cut off all ties with Deepika. Meanwhile, Mishka happily observes from a distance, relieved that Chirag is finally rid of Deepika.
Upon returning home, Yashwant decides to confront Lavanya. Despite Shobha’s persistent and aggravating attempts to intervene, Yashwant departs. Deepika recognizes the urgency of informing Chirag about the situation.
