The episode begins with Ragini’s school principal questioning the watchman if he saw Ragini leaving with Deepika. The watchman confirms that Deepika took Ragini and even shared her contact number to notify if Ragini’s parents came for her. Hearing this, Chirag demands the principal to call Deepika immediately. He scolds Deepika for taking Ragini without permission. Ragini then takes the phone and urges Chirag to not be angry with her teacher.
Chirag notes down the address to bring Ragini back, but when he reaches, he finds the house locked. Meanwhile, Deepika has already dropped Ragini back to school. The principal reprimands the security guard for the confusion, and Chirag is asked to return. Though Ragini wants Deepika to stay, she leaves, needing to care for Chandni. Despite this, Deepika feels uneasy every time she parts ways with Ragini.
Back home, Deepika suddenly starts coughing blood while feeding Chandni. To comfort her, Deepika jokes that someone must be missing her. Chandni, worried, insists she see a doctor. Deepika dismisses it playfully, and even Baldev joins in the joke by pretending to cough. But Chandni remains deeply concerned.
At the Mittal mansion, Ragini tells Lavanya how fond she is of her teacher. Lavanya tries showing Deepika’s photo to Ragini, but Chirag enters, preventing her. He nearly notices a DNA report but walks away unknowingly.
Meanwhile, Chandni tells Baldev she’s hungry. While he goes to get food, she breaks her piggy bank and prays to Thakur Ji, vowing to buy medicine for Deepika. She takes her savings and heads to Dr. Chirag’s hospital.
Chandni reaches while Chirag is in the middle of a discussion with Mishka. She gives a file containing Deepika’s details. However, Mishka quickly tears the document before Chirag can read the name. Chirag offers to buy medicine but insists the patient must be examined. Chandni waits for the medicine, eventually falling asleep. Mishka wakes her up and gives her the tampered medicine. An innocent Chandni kisses her cheek in thanks.
Back home, Baldev and Deepika search for Chandni. She returns with the medicine and confesses where she went. Deepika is upset but touched. She insists she cannot take help without paying, yet accepts the medicine for Chandni’s sake. Unknown to her, Mishka has adulterated the medicine with malicious intent. Soon after taking it, Deepika’s health begins to deteriorate.
