Deepika confronts Mishka for deceiving her with a fabricated medical report and betraying her trust by claiming she is unable to conceive. She demands an explanation for such a manipulation. Chirag approaches them and inquires about the situation. Deepika responds that everything is not okay, as Mishka needs to clarify why she lied. Mishka suggests discussing the matter at home, but Deepika insists on addressing it immediately. Therefore, Mishka leads her to her office.
As Jhanvi returns home, Lavanya takes notice of her lacklustre appearance and inquires about her well-being. Jhanvi assures her that everything is alright. However, as Lavanya notices some smudges on Jhanvi’s hand, she questions how they got there. Jhanvi fabricates a story about slipping and falling on a towel rod in the bathroom to cover up the truth. At this moment, Prithvi walks by, and Lavanya requests him to take care of Jhanvi, adding that if she had joined him on his trip to Delhi, she wouldn’t be in this state. In response, Prithvi reassures her that he is looking after Jhanvi well. Once alone with Jhanvi, Prithvi reminds her that he respects her decision and will never impose himself on her. Despite Jhanvi’s attempts to intervene, she cannot stop him from expressing his feelings.
In Mishka’s room, Deepika reveals that she had Mishka’s fertility tested by two different labs and doctors, both confirming her as fertile. She expresses concern about Mishka potentially falsifying the results and lying to her. Mishka defends herself by explaining a lab error, but Deepika reminds her that she went to collect the report and questions her integrity as a healthcare provider. Deepika then warns Mishka to stay away from her, her family, and their home before storming off. Soon after, Chirag confronts Mishka about her dishonesty and advises her to avoid his wife, their matters, and their family. Despite this warning, Mishka is determined to remove Deepika from Chirag’s life at any cost because he belongs solely to her.
Deepika visits Yashwant and confirms that his suspicion is accurate – she can indeed bear children. Yashwant reminds her that he had warned her not to trust Mishka. Just then, Chirag enters the room. Yashwant confronts him about how he could have blindly believed the report, which caused Deepika great distress. Chirag expresses remorse and assures Yashwant that he will do everything possible to keep Deepika safe. He then offers to take Deepika back to their house. However, Lavanya stops them and declares she will not allow Deepika inside her home.
Chirag expresses concern about the possibility of his infertility. Lavanya assures him this is a separate matter but then resumes her accusations towards Deepika for taking Chirag away. Chirag admits to forcefully marrying Deepika after seeking her out himself. He also brings up examples of how Deepika has assisted their family and then reveals something surprising – that Deepika is fertile. He hands Lavanya some reports as evidence, leaving her stunned upon seeing them.
