The episode opens at the hospital where a nurse praises Dr. Chirag in front of Deepika, calling him both a top-class surgeon and a caring husband. Chirag dismisses the compliment, saying he was simply doing his job, and walks away. Deepika stops him to thank him for saving her life, but Chirag coldly pulls her aside near the car.

Meanwhile, Chandni passes Ragini’s car while singing and playfully tapping it. Ragini steps out, annoyed, and demands an apology from Chandni—for her behavior and for touching the car. Chandni innocently offers her a laddoo, but Ragini angrily returns it, warning her not to call her “laddoo.”

Back near the car, Chirag accuses Deepika of wrongly declaring herself as his wife in front of everyone. Deepika counters by showing him the hospital consent form he signed as her husband. Chirag insists it was just a formality, denying any personal attachment. Their confrontation escalates as Deepika reminds him of their marriage, while Chirag accuses her of leaving him. Deepika firmly responds that he was the one who forced her to go.

Elsewhere, Omkar and Ragini put up a poster for a flower decoration competition outside Deepika’s house. Ragini suggests informing SM to participate, but Omkar feels approaching her directly might ruin the plan. They quickly hide when they spot Chandni and Baldev approaching. Chandni sees the poster and shares the news with her mother. Intrigued by the prize money, Deepika agrees to participate, especially after hearing Chandni and Baldev want to use the winnings for medical treatment.

Chirag, visibly irritated, drops Mishka home. She warns him not to let Deepika affect him again. Chirag denies her suspicion, claiming he visited the hospital by coincidence. Mishka insists on visiting Chirag’s home to retrieve some documents. Once inside, she begins rummaging through his room, looking for the DNA report. Ragini catches her and scolds her for snooping. In frustration, Mishka pushes Ragini, causing her to cry. Chirag arrives at the scene, and Ragini accuses Mishka of stealing files. Mishka pretends it’s just an old file, but Ragini safely locks it away.

Meanwhile, Omkar and Ashu speak with the competition organizers and plan to bring Deepika and Chirag together through the event. Chirag later asks the maid about everyone’s whereabouts, but she feigns ignorance. He finds a card revealing everyone went to attend the flower competition. Mishka adds that Deepika is also participating.

At the competition venue, the Mittal family watches as Deepika makes her entry. Initially overwhelmed by her past, Deepika hesitates, but Chandni gives her the strength to carry on. Just as Deepika gathers courage to participate, she is surprised to see Chirag also taking part. Omkar stops Ragini from approaching Chirag as the tension builds.
