In the Mittal house, Deepika enters while Lavanya is on the phone. Lavanya notices her and warns her to leave. Deepika says she is here with Chirag’s request, not her own, and she asks Lavanya to accept Chirag again because he cannot live without his mother. Deepika falls on a red colour and leaves her handprints on the wall. Chirag reaches there and grabs her.
In the next room, Paypal walks in and says she came to meet her brother and SIL but notices Lavanya’s usual looney behaviour. She confronts her father for being Lavanya’s silent puppy and allowing injustice to happen. Chirag notices handprints on the wall and tells Lavanya that Deepika’s grihapravesh has just taken place in front of her eyes. Once she leaves, Omkar gains courage and stops the servants from cleaning the wall. Lavanya orders guards to kick them out and wash the handprints.
After using the outhouse, Deepika asks Chirag to visit the temple for the Janmashtami festival. She wants to swing Bal Gopal’s cradle with him. Chirag agrees and plans to pick her up an hour later after he goes to the hospital. Roshni and Payal arrive at that moment with shagun for Deepika and perform the ritual. Deepika graciously accepts their blessing and shagun. As they carry out the tradition, Chirag envisions Lavanya and Neelima doing the same and silently wishes it would happen one day. Lavanya suddenly notices Sonali heading towards the outhouse with bangles, which angers her. She immediately calls for Neelima’s attention. However, Sonali follows Payal’s request and takes shagun bangles for Deepika. On Lavanya’s command, Neelima rushes over to take Sonali away.
Outside Jhanvi’s house, Prithvi sings a song. Jhanvi becomes irritated. Manorama approaches Prithvi and asks him to convince his mother to marry him. Deepika sends Chirag a message with a morphed picture of them together and a warning that if he doesn’t meet her right now, she will circulate it. As usual, Shobha and Manorama yell and cuss at Deepika when she reaches Jhanvi’s house. She requests to enter and apologizes.
Jhanvi claims Chirag tricked her and ruined her life. Deepika asks what she means. Jhanvi tries to show her morphed photo. Chirag enters and takes her phone. Deepika was the only person he had visited this house for, so he warned her that they would suffer dire consequences if she ever misbehaved with anyone else again. He broke Jhanvi’s mobile and took her away with him.
