Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua 3rd February 2025 Written Episode begins with Shivani revealing before the judge that Deepika had given birth to twins, and Lavanya had taken one of the children in exchange for reuniting her son and daughter-in-law. Chirag’s lawyer, Mr Thapar, lashes out at Shivani and Siddhant, but Siddhant stands firm, defending his wife and sister against their insults. The DM grows frustrated with the arguments and warns both parties.

Meanwhile, Ragini and Chandu plan to go to the DM’s office to voice their plea. Thapar apologises to DM but continues to accuse Deepika of being unworthy, claiming she betrayed Chirag five years ago. He argues that Ragini should remain with Chirag as Deepika cannot provide a secure future. To everyone’s surprise, Chirag silences him, asking him to stop talking nonsense.

Devastated by Chirag’s behaviour, Lavanya confides in Neelima, who urges her to reveal the truth to DM. Neelima reminds her that their family is incomplete without Deepika, and Lavanya prays for courage. At the same time, Ragini and Chandu cleverly lock Baldev in a room before heading to the magistrate’s office. At the hearing, Deepika’s lawyer, Mr Sharma, demands justice on her behalf.

Thapar tries to weaken their case by pointing out Lavanya’s absence, but she arrives soon after and bravely confesses everything. She admits her mistakes and declares she deserves punishment too. Despite Chirag’s attempts to silence her, Lavanya refuses to back down, firmly stating that Deepika deserves custody of her children. Impressed by her honesty, DM rules in Deepika’s favour, granting her custody of Ragini and Chandu. Thapar attempts to object, but it is clear the case has been lost. Overcome with gratitude, Deepika hugs Lavanya, assuring her that the children will always remain close to her.

However, Chirag refuses to accept defeat. When Ragini and Chandu reach the magistrate’s office, Chirag forcibly takes Ragini away, even pushing Lavanya aside. Deepika pleads for help, and DM orders Omkar to ensure Chirag is arrested if he doesn’t return Ragini. Back home, Chirag locks Ragini in a room while everyone desperately knocks on the door. The police arrive and demand that he open it. Inside, Ragini refuses to leave him, while Chandu tells Deepika that she wants to live with both parents.

Eventually, the police break open the door and order Chirag to hand over Ragini. Though Ashu reassures everyone that Chirag will not harm her, Chirag still refuses to let go. When the police try to take Ragini by force, Deepika steps in and prevents chaos. Chirag continues to accuse her, but ultimately the police return Ragini to Deepika. They prepare to arrest Chirag, but Deepika intervenes, requesting his release. After the police leave, a furious Chirag warns Deepika that he will go to any lengths to win back his daughter. Deepika reminds him that it was his case, and he has already lost.

Precap: Chandu and Ragini appear before the DM. As Deepika and Chirag accuse each other, DM asks the children whom they want to stay with. Both say together that they want to live with both parents.
