Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua 4th December 2024 Written Episode begins with Deepika confronting Chirag, asking how far he will go to ruin her reputation. Chirag denies any wrongdoing and pretends not to understand her accusations. Deepika accuses him of constant character assassination and of questioning the legitimacy of her baby. However, Chirag stands his ground and refuses to admit any fault.
Lavanya enters the scene and explains that Siddharth considers Deepika his sister, and the photos that caused the confusion were taken in Pali during their investigation against Sagarmal Prajapati. Neelima also reviews the photos and observes they appear to be manipulated, suggesting someone is attempting to create misunderstandings between Deepika and Chirag.
Lavanya vows to uncover the person behind this conspiracy. Despite the clarification, Chirag claims to already know the culprit—accusing Deepika of calling her lover a brother to clear her name. He then demands that Deepika take a DNA test to prove the child is his. Deepika refuses, stating she has proven her innocence enough times already. Hurt and insulted, she decides to leave Chirag’s life for good. She seeks blessings from Lavanya and Neelima before walking out.
Six months later, Chirag wakes up imagining Deepika performing a pooja aarti. He embraces her and talks about their child, only to realize it was just a dream. He receives a call from Mishka, who invites him to her birthday feast. Chirag agrees to attend. When Lavanya questions him, he replies that he’s heading to Mishka’s birthday and leaves, leaving Lavanya fuming while Neelima tries to calm her down.
Mishka prepares Chirag’s favorite dishes and plans to celebrate her birthday with him. Her uncle expresses concern about Deepika and her baby, but Mishka coldly declares that it’s her desire to separate Chirag from his wife and claim him for herself.
Meanwhile, Deepika gets ready for her job at a sari store. Speaking to her unborn child, she imagines how the grandparents must have celebrated the news of its arrival. While walking to work, she gets into a road accident and collapses. Coincidentally, Chirag is passing by en route to Mishka’s house when some people ask him for help. Upon approaching, he is shocked to discover the injured woman is Deepika. He immediately rushes her to the hospital and calls Mishka to inform her. Enraged, Mishka smashes things in frustration.
At the hospital, the doctor tells Chirag that Deepika is extremely hardworking and doesn’t follow medical advice to rest. The drama intensifies from here.
