Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua 5th December 2024 Written Episode opens with a nurse noticing Chirag seated beside the unconscious Deepika. She inquires about his identity. Chirag says he brought Deepika in and claims to be a doctor. The nurse thanks him and mentions that she has already called Deepika’s emergency contact. Curious, Chirag asks who that is, and the nurse replies—Siddharth Oswal. As Siddharth arrives, Chirag quietly leaves the hospital in anger.

Siddharth checks on Deepika and asks how she is feeling. Deepika, sensing something, asks whether Chirag was there. Siddharth denies it, saying some kind-hearted person brought her in. But Deepika is convinced Chirag had been by her side.

Meanwhile, Mishka has a breakdown, screaming that Chirag must be with Deepika. Her uncle calmly tells her that even destiny wants Chirag to be with his wife and child. Enraged, Mishka vows to eliminate Deepika to claim Chirag for herself.

Back at the hospital, Siddharth urges Deepika to accept his help, reminding her that everything he owns is hers too. Deepika refuses, asserting that it’s a matter of self-respect. The nurse then informs Siddharth that he can now take Deepika home after completing the discharge process.

At Mittal Mansion, Prithvi misses Deepika as Jhanvi serves his meal—Deepika’s favorite dish. Omkar and Ashutosh express concern about her. Jhanvi remarks that Deepika should’ve taken the DNA test to clear Chirag’s doubts. Lavanya overhears and sharply rebukes Jhanvi, criticizing her for doubting another woman’s character. She praises Deepika for upholding her dignity and blames Chirag for his insensitivity, praying for Deepika’s well-being.

As Deepika leaves the hospital with Siddharth, Chirag watches helplessly and fumes. Mishka approaches Chirag and accuses him of ignoring her calls. Chirag coldly warns her to stay away and storms off.

Fueled by rage, Mishka hires a contract killer to murder Deepika and gives him her photo and address. Coincidentally, Mohan—the goon Deepika once helped—crosses paths with the hired killer and notices Deepika’s photo on his phone. Suspicious, Mohan follows him and sees him get into Mishka’s car. Soon after, Deepika’s hostel room is set on fire. Mishka celebrates and gives the goon a thumbs-up before returning home.

Later, Chirag calls Mishka to apologize for being harsh. She invites him to her birthday celebration, and he agrees to come. As she excitedly dances and opens the door thinking it’s Chirag, she is shocked to find Deepika standing there.

Deepika confronts her with evidence and reveals that Mohan saved her from the fire. She slaps Mishka repeatedly and forces her to confess everything. Mishka eventually admits to her crimes—just as Chirag walks into the house.
