The episode begins with Deepika confronting Mishka and demanding the truth. Spotting Chirag approaching, Mishka injures herself and cunningly blames Deepika, pretending to be the victim. She lies that she invited Deepika to help Chirag but was attacked instead. Chirag falls for Mishka’s manipulation and accuses Deepika of one-sided love, refusing to listen to her truth. Mishka smugly hugs him in front of Deepika, leaving her shattered.

Heartbroken, Deepika walks alone and recalls Chirag’s betrayal and Mishka’s repeated attempts to harm her unborn child. She suddenly experiences labor pain. A kind woman notices her struggling and rushes her to the hospital. Meanwhile, Mishka’s goon is stunned to learn that Deepika is still alive and informs her. Chirag tends to Mishka’s fake wounds, while Mishka, thrilled by his care, picks up the call and vows to finish Deepika herself.

At the hospital, Deepika imagines Chirag comforting her. A nurse informs Lavanya that Deepika is admitted in critical condition. Lavanya urges the doctors to save both Deepika and her child. While the hospital prepares for Dr. Shikha’s arrival, Mishka sneaks in wearing a doctor’s mask and tries to inject Deepika with a lethal dose. But Deepika resists and alerts the nurse just in time. Dr. Shikha rushes in and prepares for an emergency delivery due to complications.

Back home, Chirag remains upset, believing Mishka’s version of events. When Omkar and Lavanya plead with him to accompany them to the hospital, he coldly refuses. At the hospital, Dr. Shikha informs them about the critical condition—they may have to choose between saving the mother or the babies. Lavanya insists on saving both.

Chirag, conflicted and praying at a temple, remains unaware of Deepika’s worsening condition. Meanwhile, Mishka celebrates, assuming Deepika and her babies won’t survive. But in a dramatic twist, Deepika delivers twin daughters safely. Dr. Shikha confirms to Lavanya and Omkar that both mother and babies are healthy, leaving the family overjoyed.
