Yashwant is rushed to a hospital by Deepika. The manager asks the staff to move him to the emergency room. Deepika requests him to begin immediate treatment and finds her phone turned off. A panicked Deepika prays for help. Chirag rushes to her. Deepika hugs him and says, papa. Manager welcomes him and Chirag says he should welcome patients, not doctors.
As Yashwant needs angioplasty, Chirag says he will perform it and asks the hospital owner’s permission over the phone. A senior doctor walks up to Chirag and says he will assist Chirag. Chirag reassures Deepika that baba will be fine and rushes to the operating room.
Lavanya invites her friends to test her perfume blend. Omkar arrives and asks the ladies to excuse themselves because he wants to talk to Lavanya about something important. Although Lavanya asks them to stay back, Omkar insists and sends them away. When Omkar confronts Lavanya for putting Deepika’s life at risk and giving Yashwant a heart attack, she shouts at him.
As usual, Lavanya overpowers him and shouts at staff to move her perfume bottles to her office as she is unable to breathe at home for even a moment. Omkar advises her to forget the past and live in the present, and accept Deepika as her SIL. After Neelima leaves, Omkar asks about Yashwant’s condition. Omkar says he will update her from there after meeting Yashwant at the hospital.
Upon arriving at the hospital, Payal immediately consoles Deepika. Soon after, Shobha arrives and confronts Deepika for Yashwant’s condition. In a fit of rage, she cruelly belittles Deepika. However, Chirag returns after successfully completing the procedure and sternly warns Shobha to steer clear of his wife. He reminds her that he had already warned her not to lay a hand on his better half. Defeated by Chirag’s words, Shobha inquires what more he plans to do and threatens to use her influence over him and his family. But Chirag stands firm and unbothered by her threats. Meanwhile, Deepika grows angry and fiercely warns Shobha against speaking ill of her husband. She reminds Shobha of her own wrongdoing and how she could expose her at any moment. Fearful for the consequences, Shobha retreats and remains silent while Chirag is impressed by his supposedly timid wife’s sudden display of strength. Proudly, Deepika credits Chirag for teaching her to fight for justice.
Shobha is the first to meet Yashwant, followed by Deepika and Chirag. Yashwant expresses his emotions while Payal insists that Deepika and Chirag stay at her house. However, Chirag is hesitant as he doesn’t want to hear anything from his in-laws, so he suggests staying at a hotel instead. This is when Omkar enters the room and firmly states that his children will not be staying in a hotel. Deepika and Chirag respectfully touch his feet as he blesses them and announces that he has prepared a new bungalow for them to move into. Chirag voices his concern about his mother’s approval, but Omkar assures them that this is a gift for his daughter-in-law and their decision will not be swayed by anyone else.
