Dr. Shikha asks Nurse Shivani to handle the nursery. Meanwhile, Omkar questions Lavanya’s plan to reunite Chirag and Deepika through their baby. However, Lavanya remains firm, believing it’s the only way to bring them closer. Nurse Shivani, grateful for Lavanya’s past support, agrees to help.

At a temple, Chirag feels empty, reminiscing about his family. He distributes balloons to children, unaware of the unfolding plan. At the hospital, Shivani lies to Deepika, telling her she gave birth to only one baby, calming her even though she hears two babies crying. Lavanya secretly keeps one twin with Deepika while planning to use the other to emotionally connect Chirag back to Deepika.

Unaware of this deceit, Deepika bonds with her baby, lovingly noting how much the child resembles Chirag. Lavanya and Omkar visit to bless the newborn but hide their true intentions.
