The episode begins with Chirag waking up from a dream and casually asking Deepika to tie her hair. Chandu and Ragini are delighted to see their parents together again, hoping they can finally live as a happy family. At bedtime, the siblings argue playfully about who will sleep with their parents until Chirag and Deepika calm them down.

Meanwhile, Shilpa secretly mixes an intoxicating powder into shikanji meant for the children. In the kitchen, Neelima spots Mishka snooping and questions her, but Mishka brushes it off. Back in the room, Chirag and Deepika encourage Chandu and Ragini to patch up, and the children share a heartfelt hug.

Shilpa brings the shikanji, but when the children refuse it, Chirag takes a sip. Soon after, he falls seriously ill and faints, shocking Deepika. The doctor diagnoses food poisoning and prescribes medicine. Mishka tries to take over care duties, snatching the prescription from Deepika, but Lavanya intervenes and firmly reminds Mishka she is not family.

That night, Chandu and Ragini struggle to sleep. They ask Deepika to sing a lullaby, drifting off in her lap with Chirag nearby. Lavanya and Omkar witness the tender family moment and capture it in a photo.

Later, Deepika questions how Chirag could suddenly get food poisoning. She investigates the kitchen, where Muskan reveals she prepared the shikanji but Mishka misled her. Deepika finds traces of powder and an empty packet in the trash, confirming her suspicion.

Furious, Deepika storms to Mishka’s home, slaps her, and warns her to stay away from her family. Mishka plays innocent, but Deepika presents the evidence and reminds her that while Chirag once saved her, no one will rescue her now if she continues her schemes.

Back home, Chirag develops a fever. Chandu and Ragini tend to him lovingly, begging him to recover. Deepika soothes him with a wet cloth and a lullaby. The next morning, Chandu even brings him coffee while Ragini stays close.

Meanwhile, Janvi realizes her grip on the family is slipping. Just as her plans collapse, she receives a job offer in London. Though shaken, she begins plotting her next move.
