Prithvi continues to shock everyone by revealing that she does not love him and wants to marry Chirag instead. As Lavanya questions Chirag, she blames him for hiding the truth when she has already informed him. Chirag says he did not want to break Prithvi’s heart because he adores Jhanvi. When Lavanya questions why Jhanvi did not reveal the truth, Prithvi stops her and asks Chirag why he hid the truth, calls himself inferior to Jhanvi, breaks a bottle, and cuts his wrist. Chirag shouts Prithvi. When Lavanya calls him and asks what he wants to discuss, Prithvi realizes it is his imagination and doesn’t think he can break his heart.
As Lavanya proceeds with the tilak ritual on stage, Deepika suddenly arrives in distress and collapses. Chirag rushes to her aid, calling for water. Yashwant is just as concerned and inquires about her condition. Meanwhile, Manorama urges Shobha to call Yashwant back or risk being exposed. She then instructs Yashwant to continue the ritual while they tend to Deepika. Chirag expresses his dismay at their heartless treatment of their maid. Yashwant asks for clarification, prompting Shobha to intervene quickly and urge him to focus on completing the tilak ritual first.
Yashwant asks Lavanya why he is so concerned about his maid. Yashwant tells her who told her that Deepika was his maid and that she was his daughter and warned her to behave well with her daughter. Deepika pleads with him to stop and finish Janvi’s tilak ritual. Deepika informs everyone that she is Janvi’s sister, not her maid. Chirag recalls Janvi’s mother and grandmother misbehaving with Deepika. As Deepika takes her oath, Yashwant asks if her mother called her a maid.
Shobha lied that she didn’t. Lavanya got confused that Deepika was their maid, and she didn’t correct her, fearing Janvi’s engagement would be canceled. Lavanya says she can’t bear inauspicious Deepika in front of her eyes, so she cancels the engagement. Omkar and family confront Lavanya for crossing her boundaries and not thinking about Prithvi’s happiness. Shobha and Deepika urge Lavanya not to cancel the engagement, but she remains adamant. Drama continues.
