The episode begins with Lavanya taking the family to a temple for a pooja. As the rituals begin, she secretly signals Omkar, who slips away and places one of the twin babies—unbeknownst to Chirag—on the temple steps. As the baby’s cries fill the air, Chirag finds her and instinctively picks her up.
The family gathers around, and Omkar suggests the baby looks like Chirag’s child. While Ashutosh proposes contacting an orphanage, Chirag firmly states that the baby will go home with him, refusing to let her grow up abandoned. Lavanya silently thanks God, while Omkar emotionally remarks that “blood recognizes blood.”
Meanwhile, Deepika hears a baby crying at her end too and feels a mysterious, emotional connection. She names her baby and prepares for the vaccination visit, unaware of Lavanya’s manipulation. Chirag also decides to vaccinate the baby he adopted and heads to the hospital.
At the hospital, Deepika is happy to meet Lavanya, introducing her to the baby. Lavanya feigns surprise and emotionally embraces her second grandchild. When Deepika visits the pediatrician, she hesitates to name Chirag as the father, but Lavanya intervenes and proudly declares Deepika as her daughter-in-law and Chirag as the baby’s father.
Later, at the mansion, Deepika confronts Chirag, showing him their child. Chirag congratulates her coldly and refuses to even look at the baby. Though Deepika yearns for him to speak from the heart, he holds back, hiding his lingering feelings for her.
