Deepika picks up the phone in the kitchen as Chirag rings her. She expresses her anticipation for his call, mentioning that it has been a couple of hours since they last spoke. He jokes about checking with his wife if she misses him, to which Deepika responds by telling him she’s currently preparing his favorite dish and it smells delicious. He informs her that he will be unavailable for the next 1.5 hours while his phone is switched off. Before ending the call, Deepika playfully blows him a kiss.
After reclaiming her stolen jewellery from Shobha and Manorama, Jhanvi issues a stern warning that any future theft will result in a police report. Upon returning home, she manages to sneak away with Manorama’s sleeping pills and schemes to use them to overdose Deepika. As Sonali and Neelima enter with a new sari for tonight’s ritual, Jhanvi mentions her plans to thank Deepika for decorating the room before wearing the new garment.
As they all return to the kitchen, Deepika is encouraged by the maid to drink some lemonade since she hadn’t consumed anything for a while. Jhanvi then enters and asks Deepika to mend the torn hems of her saree. Deepika obliges and promises that after fixing the saree, she will have some lemonade. While Deepika is mending the saree, Jhanvi discreetly adds sleeping pills into the lemonade. As Deepika notices Jhanvi appearing flushed and weak, she decides to make some fresh lemonade for her in the kitchen. Once it’s ready, she instructs the maid to bring it to Jhanvi.
The maid accidentally drops a glass, prompting Deepika to request that she give her lemonade to Jhanvi. The maid follows through and serves Jhanvi the drink. Once finished, Jhanvi inquiries if Deepika had received her own lemonade. Just then, Prithvhi enters the room. The maid explains that she mistakenly dropped Jhanvi’s glass, but Deepika kindly offered hers instead. This news causes Jhanvi to collapse in shock.
Jhanvi is quickly taken to Chirag’s hospital by her family. The nurse informs them that all the senior doctors are currently occupied with surgery. Just then, Mishka, who happens to be Chirag’s former classmate, approaches them. Upon learning that she is a senior gynecologist from London, Lavanya asks her to treat Jhanvi immediately. Mishka assures them that she is the best person for the job. While speaking with Deepika, who has met her before, Mishka reveals that she arrived in Jodhpur from London yesterday and wonders if they have met there as well. Lavanya reminds Deepika that she hasn’t even been to Delhi yet and urges her to focus on treating Jhanvi first.
