Payal blocks Lavanya’s hand. She tells her that she can slap her in front of her business associates, but she got her upbringing from her father. Chirag is told that Payal pushed her daughter in front of her associates. Chirag and Prithvi wonder whether Lavanya treats Roshni like Payal said.
She apologizes to Chirag, saying she will no longer stay and has decided to leave the house. Payal tells Prithvi that she will tell her husband that her mother is dead and she has just returned from the final rituals. Lavanya tells Payal that she will no longer be happy.
Shobha and Manorama discuss the seating arrangement for their guests. Shobha expresses concern about Janvi, as Deepika may try to disrupt the marriage. She also mentions Birju’s aggression towards Deepika and how he may act. However, Manorama reassures Deepika that she has trained Birju and he will get a chance to be with her at the pyre. Yash offers Deepika money for her future husband, but she politely declines. Shobha and Manorama are pleased with how things are progressing and eagerly anticipate Deepika’s downfall.
Manorama and Janvi prepare to meet Prithvi. Janvi tells Manorama to get ready properly. Shobha also wants to go with Janvi and Manorama, but she has a lot of work to do. Janvi is excited to meet Chirag. After a meeting with Chirag’s junior doctors, Chirag started thinking about Deepika. The junior doctors woke Chirag from his fantasy, and he told everyone to leave for work. Janvi came back to see Chirag.
In her meeting with Kanhaji, Deepika tells him that her father gave her money for shopping and asks him to help her decide what to buy. He tells Manorama that he has referred her to the orthopedic department for back pain. He tells his nurse to throw away his lab coat because Janvi touched it, but she stops the nurse and takes the coat instead. Chirag becomes angry with Janvi and leaves his chamber, but suddenly, he sees Deepika with an old woman. Deepika tells Chirag she comes here to treat her nani.
Deepika tells Chirag that he should inform her before coming. Chirag believes Deepika is a very kind and honest girl who will not take money if she tells him. Gomti tells Chirag that Deepika is correct and that he is a very good human being. Gomti blesses Deepika and Chirag and tells them they always stay happy together. The nurse takes Gomti for treatment.
In the hospital cafeteria, Chirag offers Deepika coffee. Deepika thanks Chirag for convincing his mother of the marriage and wants her sister to be happy. He apologizes to Deepika for seeing her get insulted but cannot do anything about it.
