Abhay returns to his room and finds Ganga there. He observes that Ganga has been troubling Sakshi, leaving her exhausted. Concerned for Sakshi, Abhay removes her veil and decides that it’s time to get Ganga out of the house.
The next morning, Sakshi wakes up with a plan to win Kalyani’s favor, making it easier to remove Ganga. As she heads to the washroom to freshen up, she finds Ganga already inside. Ganga refuses to let her in and suggests using the guest room instead. Sakshi, unwilling to wait, insists, but Ganga locks the door from inside. Frustrated, Sakshi decides to get ready without a bath. Meanwhile, she secretly spreads oil on the floor, waiting for the right moment.
Elsewhere, Chetan entrusts Akshay with the responsibility of handling the accounts department. Ganga imagines a bright future for Akshay, but he hesitates, admitting that he never completed his education. Kalyani is shocked to learn about Akshay’s educational background and blames Hema. However, Akshay confidently states that his mother taught him the value of hard work, and he is ready to take on the responsibility. Chetan takes him to the office for training, while Ritu rejoices at the turn of events.
Back at home, Ganga struggles to open the bathroom door as she is running late to give Amma Ji her medicine. When she finally gets out, she slips on the oil and falls directly onto Abhay. In an awkward moment, her mangalsutra gets entangled in Abhay’s shirt, leaving Sakshi stunned. Furious, Sakshi questions Abhay, but he explains that it was just an accident. Sakshi, however, demands that Ganga break her mangalsutra. Ganga firmly refuses, asserting that it holds great significance in her life. She removes it herself and tells Sakshi that she cannot understand its true value. Enraged, Sakshi storms out.
Ritu notices Sakshi’s distress and offers to help. She suggests a way to remove Ganga from the house. Kirti and Ritu advise Sakshi to participate in the Kul Devi Puja, believing it will work in her favor. However, Sakshi has another plan—she wants to demand a grand reception instead. After much persuasion, she finally agrees to the puja. She thanks Ritu and Kirti for their advice and prepares for the religious ceremony, hoping it will help her defeat Ganga.
