The episode begins with the priest instructing the couples to perform the Sindoor Rasam. He calls upon Abhay and Ganga, but Sakshi interjects, asserting her name instead. A woman in the crowd remarks that Abhay was never married to Sakshi. Ritu encourages Sakshi to seek blessings from the women present. Following the ritual, Sakshi declares that she and Abhay were in love and that Ganga forced him into marriage. However, they now wish to start afresh. Kalyani observes the situation unfold.

The priest inquires about Ganga’s whereabouts, and Sakshi dismisses the concern, stating that the family is present. He then instructs the bahus to collect suhaagan items for the offering. Meanwhile, an elderly woman taunts Abhay for considering a second marriage.

Elsewhere, Ganga rides a horse, rushing towards the temple. Lalita arrives late and recalls Ritu’s plan. Back at the temple, Kalyani faces further ridicule. Ritu and Sakshi prepare the offering, with Sakshi dramatically breaking into tears. Abhay defends her, proclaiming he doesn’t recognize any other relationship. He then asks Sakshi to accompany him, but as she moves, she accidentally drops the chadava plate, leaving everyone stunned.

Sakshi panics and insists on gathering the offering again, but the priest informs her that the ritual cannot be repeated. Instead, he calls upon Akshay and Ritu to perform the puja. Dadi reassures Kalyani that Abhay’s prayers won’t be accepted due to Sakshi’s interference.

As Sakshi and Abhay begin the puja, Ganga storms into the temple, playing a dhol. Dressed as Matarani, holding a trishul, she leaves everyone shocked. Sakshi suddenly stumbles, and Abhay rushes to support her. Pleading, she asks to complete the puja with her husband, but Ganga firmly responds, claiming she is merely following Sakshi’s own words.

Abhay grows furious, but Sakshi continues requesting Ganga to step aside. Ritu, watching from the sidelines, plots that once Sakshi leaves with Abhay, she will take full control of the household.

Ganga, however, questions the legitimacy of Abhay’s remarriage. The priest affirms that a second marriage while the first wife is present is wrong. Without hesitation, Ganga hands Sakshi the dhol and boldly asserts her right to sit in the puja, holding Abhay’s hand in front of everyone.
