The episode opens with a girl named Ganga doing a live social media session and showcasing her cooking. Her live session is abruptly interrupted by a girl named Bulbul, who introduces herself to Ganga’s fans. Bulbul discusses Ganga’s mother during the live session, but Ganga cuts the connection. Bulbul assures Ganga that she will become more well-known if she discusses her mother on social media. Ganga is upset since she would be livestreaming everything at her friend Bulbul’s upcoming wedding. Bulbul expresses to Ganga how disappointed she is that she hasn’t attended the Haldi.
Ganga informs Bulbul that she has a lot of work ahead of her, but Bulbul responds that her mother abandoned her when she was incarcerated. Ganga informs Bulbul that her mother is concerned about her welfare. That’s all. A girl and a boy enter the house after a woman opens the gate. The mom bemoans their father’s lack of usefulness to her daughter and son. Bulbul is told to leave by Ganga. Bulbul informs Ganga that she will go and remain with her mother. What sort of boy does Ganga want? Bulbul wonders.
Ganga informs Bulbul that she desires a decent husband who respects and instills virtue in her. Bulbul chooses to depart and avoid showing Ganga’s mother her face after Ganga finds out that her mother has returned home. The boy informs Ganga that Ritu has returned from the parlor. Since two boys are visiting Ritu today, Ganga’s mother informs Ganga that she has spent much time in the parlor, making her look lovely. Ganga takes up and holds onto her mother’s slippers. “Have you prepared the food?” asks Ganga’s mother. After receiving a call, Ganga’s mother discovers that one of the boys has canceled their plans to see Ritu.
When the boy visits, Ganga’s mother becomes irate and orders Ritu to go to the kitchen so that she will appear impressive to him. Ganga promises her mom that she won’t leave the kitchen until everyone has left. Ganga’s father informs Lalita that the boy and his family have arrived. Lalita and her husband welcome the boy and his family. Lalita tells the boys’ family that Ritu is a diligent young woman who assists her father in the Litti Choka family company. Ritu instructs Ganga to help her in carrying the dishes for the visitors. Lalita calls Ritu to bring the meals.
After Ritu warns Ganga not to touch her with her filthy hands, Ritu’s eyelashes fall out of one eye, and a glass of water drops from Ganga’s palm. Ritu brings the youngster and his family some snacks. The lad informs Ritu that her eyelashes are gone. Ritu inquires about their conversation with her mother. Lalita begins to cough in an attempt to change the subject. Ganga is called by her father to carry water. The guys focus on Ganga when she receives the water. The young man informs his mother that he hopes to marry Ganga.
Lalita informs the lad that she is prepared to accept the proposal. Lalita instructs Ganga to use a spoon to serve the dessert. Lalita demonstrates Ganga’s illiteracy to the boys’ family by pointing out that Ganga doesn’t understand what a spoon means. The boy’s mother also rejects Ganga and Ritu. Lalita cannot hear anything about her daughters, so she urges the child and his mother to go. Ganga doesn’t say anything to Ritu; therefore, Ritu blames her. Lalita informs Ganga that she has ruined the kitchen.
Lalita informs Ganga that she has ridiculed the family and that Ritu was rejected because of her. Lalita slips and tumbles on the ground. When Lalita’s husband answers the phone, she informs him that Ganga has failed to assist her. Ganga informs Bholenath that she shattered her sister’s alliance and displeased her mother. When will everything be fixed, Ganga wonders. Two boys then join the narrative.
