The Episode opens with Kalyani offering prayers at the temple, followed by everyone else who has arrived for the puja. As she performs the aarti and sings a bhajan, her eyes fall upon Hema and Akshay, but she notices Ritu’s absence. However, Ganga reminds herself that the aarti must continue and continues singing. Hema inquires about Ritu’s whereabouts and Akshay admits his ignorance. Concerned, Hema expresses her worries about Ritu’s lack of respect in the household, to which Akshay reassures her not to be anxious. Meanwhile, Ritu wakes up in a spacious room and takes a moment to appreciate the change in her life situation. After stepping out for some fresh air, she remarks that although her life has altered drastically, her habits will remain unchanged.
Ganga performed the aarti for everyone before receiving blessings. After Abhay’s departure, Ritu called and Ganga answered. Ritu inquired about her tea and Ganga left to fulfill her duties. Kalyani and others overheard this conversation, leading Hema to apologize for Ritu’s demanding nature. Kalyani expressed her disapproval of Ritu, who is only present because of Hema. She feels the need to investigate further.
Dadi requests her to listen, and Ganga replies to Ritu that she cannot make tea as she doesn’t have permission to enter the kitchen. Ritu criticizes her for being useless, while Hema suggests that Ritu should get ready. She points out how Ritu didn’t mention that Ganga is her sister. Akshay confesses his love for Ritu, although he is unsure about the situation. Kalyani overhears their conversation, and Hema worries about what she might think about their marriage. Akshay defends Ritu’s character by saying that she may be naive and sometimes talks rudely, but he loves her nonetheless. He then leaves the room.
Kalyani expresses frustration with Akshay’s lack of acceptance towards her. Feeling defeated, Akshay begins searching for his phone while Ganga takes notice and ultimately locates it. However, their interaction turns sour as he reprimands her and emphasizes the importance of staying out of his personal belongings. Overcome with emotion, Ganga sheds tears before Akshay receives a call from Sakshi. She informs him that she is on her way to meet him and shares the location. Akshay leaves to meet her as Kalyani receives shagun from someone else. In the meantime, Ganga hears dogs barking and steps in to help remove a belt that was wrapped around their necks.
Kalyani watches as Ganga is approached by Ritu, who explains that she was simply lending a hand. Overcome with emotion, Ganga tearfully declares that she will no longer participate in the aarti or interact with the dogs. Kalyani then urges her to go indoors, to which Ganga responds by stating she will pack her belongings. Ritu takes notice of the clothes and also sees Kalyani receiving the shagun. Meanwhile, Ganga sobs while packing up her sarees.
