The episode begins with Dadi earnestly praying for Ganga’s well-being. Meanwhile, Ganga, in tears, struggles to stand. Bindiya notices her distress. Gathering her strength, Ganga walks toward Abhay and holds his hand as they commence the puja rituals. Just as she begins to feel dizzy, Abhay quickly supports her. Dadi expresses her gratitude to Laxmi Maiyya as everyone continues their prayers. However, Sakshi, seething with anger, watches on.
Determined, Ganga declares, “I am your wife, and I won’t let you make a wrong decision.” Dadi firmly states that Laxmi Mata will bless this couple. As the puja proceeds, Ganga suddenly faints in Abhay’s arms. Hema rushes to support her. Without hesitation, Abhay lifts Ganga and carries her to their room. In her semi-conscious state, Ganga murmurs, “I swear, I didn’t start the fire.” Abhay listens intently.
Meanwhile, Ritu, concerned, tells Sakshi that Abhay has brought Ganga inside the house, indicating their plan has failed. Furious, Sakshi vows to destroy Ganga’s life. Ritu, however, warns her against acting impulsively. She smirks and assures Sakshi that once Ganga is gone, she will remove Sakshi as well.
As Ganga regains consciousness, she finds Abhay by her side. Concerned, she asks about Kirti, and he reassures her that she is fine. Ganga insists that she would have saved anyone’s life and remains clueless about how the fire started. Abhay promises to investigate but urges her to rest. As he leaves, Sakshi seizes the opportunity to blame Ganga once again. Undeterred, Ganga firmly states, “I have returned home, Abhay himself brought me back, and I won’t let you manipulate him anymore.” Determined, Sakshi plots her next move.
Later, Abhay accidentally bumps into Ganga and apologizes. Sakshi, observing them, devises a new scheme to tarnish Ganga’s reputation. She discreetly finds a liquid substance and smirks. Meanwhile, Ganga prepares food for Dadi, unaware of Sakshi lurking in the shadows. When Bindiya steps away to call Dadi, Sakshi seizes the moment and secretly contaminates the food. However, her carelessness causes a vase to fall, drawing Ganga’s attention. As Ganga rushes to check, she spots Sakshi. Confronting her, Ganga shouts her name, catching her off guard.
An argument ensues between the two, ending with Sakshi storming off. Shortly after, Dadi is about to consume the food when a dog brings a small chemical bottle. Shocked, Ganga examines it and realizes the food is poisoned. Panicking, she rushes to Dadi and stops her just in time. Apologizing, she reveals that the food is unsafe and was deliberately tampered with.
As Abhay and the family gather, Dadi demands an explanation. Ganga boldly accuses Sakshi of poisoning the food, adding that she was also responsible for Kirti’s near-death experience. Holding up the chemical bottle, she confronts Sakshi. However, Abhay immediately dismisses the allegations and scolds Ganga for making baseless accusations. Sakshi, pretending to be hurt, breaks down in tears and plays the victim.
In a dramatic turn of events, Sakshi challenges Ganga’s claims by drinking the chemical in front of everyone. Abhay, alarmed, rushes to her aid as she clutches her throat. But to everyone’s shock, she remains unharmed. Smirking, Sakshi declares, “See, I am perfectly fine. You falsely accused me, Ganga.”
