Durga 19th December 2024 Written Episode begins with Panibai asking Durga to bring Anurag downstairs. Durga heads to Anurag’s room, while Panibai thinks to herself that Durga will soon realize she’s not fit for Anurag.

In Anurag’s room, Durga informs him that Panibai is calling him. Anubhav takes his leave, urging Anurag to come down. When Durga insists, Anurag holds her hand and confesses that if he refuses the marriage, her education will be stopped.

Durga, maintaining her dignity, reminds Anurag that although she lives as a guest in their home, she values her self-respect. She warns him that being seen like this could harm her character and the marriage arrangement. She then exits the room.

Anurag comes downstairs and sits beside Suhani. Panibai announces gifts for Suhani, which she accepts one by one as the Rathore family presents them. Durga assists her by managing the gifts.

Quietly, Anurag tells Vikram he wants to leave, but Vikram insists several rituals are still pending. Suhani’s family begins taking photos with Anurag. Vikram suggests Anurag speak with Suhani, but Anurag protests, claiming there’s nothing to say. To cover up the situation, Vikram says Anurag is just shy. Mittal supports the idea of a private conversation between the couple.

Panibai then targets Durga, asking if she has no gift for Suhani and reveals Durga’s past — she was married but her husband died. A surprised Suhani asks why Durga never disclosed this in college. Durga calmly says she didn’t feel the need to share. Mittal makes a remark about the situation.

Anurag, growing impatient, says he wants to leave, but Mittal intervenes and says he should stay and spend time with Suhani. Anurag reluctantly goes back to his room. Panibai seizes the opportunity and instructs Durga to take Suhani to Anurag’s room. Durga agrees and escorts Suhani there.

Once inside, Anurag tells Suhani directly that he doesn’t wish to talk. Suhani bluntly asks if he even wants to marry her. Anurag replies honestly that he doesn’t, which raises Suhani’s suspicions about a possible affair — possibly with Durga.

When she demands to know why he’s refusing the marriage, Anurag explains that their families arranged it without asking either of them. They’re strangers, he says, with no relationship or understanding. Suhani pushes further, and Anurag admits he loves someone else, though he refuses to reveal who. He then asks Suhani if she still wants to go ahead with the marriage after knowing this.
