The episode begins with Durga breaking ties with Anurag, saying their relationship is over. Anurag is shocked when she says she wishes she could erase their past, even from the tree in Kinsar. She accuses him of being like his father and forgetting her, now falling for Suhani.

Suhani enters and asks if she’s interrupting. Durga walks away silently. Anurag, deeply affected by Durga’s accusations, silently vows to become exactly what she accused him of. Suhani shifts the topic, saying she wants to introduce him to her friends and demands a treat. Anurag agrees.

Later, Durga approaches Aarti, asking for help paying her college fees. She requests some of her Kanyadaan jewelry, which Aarti has kept safe, promising to return it after her scholarship arrives. Panibai mocks Durga, calling her a beggar. But Aarti supports Durga, reminding Panibai that the jewelry rightfully belongs to her.

Indira interferes, accusing Durga of trying to trap Anurag. Durga counters that it’s Anurag who always approaches her. Aarti scolds Durga for dragging Anurag’s name into it, given that he’s about to marry someone else. Despite the argument, Aarti takes Durga to get the jewelry.

But Panibai is plotting revenge. She hatches a plan with Indira to switch Durga’s jewelry with the royal family’s jewelry, so Durga is later caught selling “stolen” items and jailed.

Before Durga leaves, Aarti asks her to eat something. Durga initially refuses but agrees when Panibai insists. While Durga is eating, Panibai secretly swaps the jewelry. Afterward, she tells Durga to check the box, pretending nothing happened.
