Panibai faces Durga, blaming her for putting Anurag’s life in danger and sending him to the hospital. She insists on Durga’s immediate departure. Anubhav intervenes, cautioning Panibai not to harm Durga, but she ignores him and forcefully tries to remove Durga, causing her to fall. Madhav reminds Panibai of their location – a hospital. Upon seeing the prasad brought by Durga for Anurag, Panibai taunts her and refuses to let her offer it. She commands Durga to take it and leave.
Vikram steps in and proposes to take care of Durga. In a sarcastic tone, she points out that Vikram has already “taken care” of her by marrying her to someone like Rajesh. She proceeds to share the abuse she suffered at Rajesh’s hands. Turning to Anubhav, she asks him to place a flower on Anurag’s forehead. Panibai declines, mocking her faith, but Durga urges Panibai not to differentiate between her God and theirs, emphasizing that God is universal.
Anant reprimands Anubhav for not informing the family before acting, but Anubhav defends his actions by stating that Durga was motivated by concern for Anurag. This leads to a heated disagreement between Durga and the Rathore family, particularly when Panibai becomes angry. When Vikram threatens Durga with punishment, she fearlessly declares that she is not afraid and confesses donating blood to save Anurag. In a fit of rage, Panibai slaps Durga and takes away the prasad—however, Madhav steps in, stating that there is no need to harm Durga physically.
In the meantime, Durga discreetly hands over the prasad and flower to a nurse, who is asked to place the flower on Anurag’s forehead for recovery. While Panibai attempts to intervene, claiming Durga as their family’s foe, the nurse reveals that Durga has donated blood to save Anurag’s life. Disregarding Panibai’s protests, the nurse takes the flower and gently places it on Anurag’s forehead. Soon enough, Anurag wakes up and inquires if Durga has come to visit him. The nurse informs him about Durga’s noble act, after which he desires to meet her. The nurse agrees to pass on this message to Durga.
In another situation, Vikram promises to tell the nurse not to put the flower on Anurag, causing Madhav to criticize him. Durga reminds him of his decision to make her the representative of the Kabela tribe and cautions that he must keep his word about helping her get a medical seat, or it could harm his career. Vikram responds with harsh remarks, but Durga stands up to him confidently and walks away. Anubhav tries to go after her, but Anant and Vikram intervene and give him an ultimatum: if he supports Durga, he must cut all ties with the family.
The nurse informs the Rathore family that Anurag regained consciousness when the flower was placed on his forehead. She also mentions that Anurag expressed a desire to see Durga, which causes Vikram to become extremely angry.
