As Anurag bids farewell, Bai reminds him to focus on his studies. Savitri teases him for being part of their family and knowing his responsibilities. Indira joins them and announces her plan to head to the city. Vikram informs them that he needs to stay back but urges Aarti to accompany the others. Anubhav volunteers to remain with Vikram. Bai chimes in that she will also stay with him. Savitri inquires if Durga will remain at home as well. Vikram clarifies that she must wait for her education. Hearing this, Savitri expresses her disappointment and explains how much this house means; her soul resides here.
Madhav assures us that we will continue to return, while Savitri expresses her desire to stay here. Vikram adds that she can visit whenever she wants even though we all have to live in the city now. Anant encourages her to be happy for her children, and Savitri confesses that she never imagined leaving her palace. Vikram reminds Anurag to focus on his studies and not let us down. Anurag confidently assures him that he won’t disappoint. Indira suggests starting packing, and Bai offers to cook today while asking Aarti to pack her things. Aarti confirms that she doesn’t have much to pack. Savitri reflects on how her heart will always remain here, and Indira asks about Durga’s whereabouts. Anurag imagines she might be waiting for him by the tree.
Durga stands near the tree. She writes Anurag’s name under hers. She smiles and says, “I get sad when he leaves me. We’re going to be together forever.”
In the morning, Anurag is leaving the house. He greets everyone. Aarti gives him food. He hugs her and says he will call you when he arrives. Vikram thinks he will take care of Durga now.
As Anurag approaches the tree site, he spots Durga, and his joy is evident. “I knew you would be here,” he exclaims. Durga says she was waiting for him and mentions getting scolded because of their meetings. Anurag suggests they stop meeting often to avoid trouble, to which Durga pleads for him not to be upset. Realizing his mistake, Anurag apologizes for not gifting her anything on their wedding night and offers her his ring as a symbol of their love. He urges her to come with him and takes her on his bike.
