Panibai dismisses the issue, saying they will discuss it later since it’s a special day.
Anurag tells Durga to rest, but she insists on helping Aarthi in the kitchen. Anant, with a sarcastic remark, suggests Durga will become even healthier with more work. Indira also taunts Durga, wondering if she plans to dominate them once she becomes a doctor.
Frustrated, Anurag criticizes Vikram’s hypocrisy. He points out how Vikram once supported Durga’s education to gain votes but now opposes it. Anant asks Anurag to stop, and Anurag turns to Durga to ask if he said anything wrong.
Panibai interrupts, instructing Anurag to call Madhav, as she has finished her Pooja and wants to serve Sharbat to everyone. When Panibai serves Sharbat to Savitri, she takes the glass but refuses to drink it. Panibai notices and asks pointedly why Savitri isn’t drinking, implying it’s because of her involvement. A sharp retort follows from Savitri.
