Savi believes she won’t suffer anything after moving her unconscious family members onto a cart and the truck. She tries driving the truck but fails and prays for help. Reeva sleeps on a chair holding Ishan’s photo and wakes up concerned for Ishan. Ishan’s photo frame breaks, and she calls him. An injured Ishan responds to her call in a problematic way at the factory. Savi drives the truck, breaking signals. Police follow her car.
Whenever Savi stops a truck, she thinks explaining to the police will take time. Police vans overtake the truck and stop it. Inspectors walk up to Savi, tongue-lashing her for driving rashly, and ask for her license. The inspector refuses to believe her and checks the truck. Savi pleads with him to let her take her family to the hospital, or else they will die.
The inspector says he’ll call an ambulance. The constable says they’re not breathing. Savi warns him to stop talking rubbish and pleads with an inspector that her father is a martyred police officer who needs help. The inspector asks the constable to drive the truck to Ramtek Hospital and asks Savi to accompany him in a police jeep. Savi declines and sits with family instead.
Once they reach the hospital, the Chavan family is shifted to the intensive care unit. A doctor asks Savi what happened to them. Mandar kidnapped them and held them hostage in an old paint factory. By the time she reached the factory, it had exploded. She runs toward a god’s idol, praying for her family to be saved. The inspector asks her to explain what exactly happened.
The nurse bandages her after noticing her injuries. The inspector asks the constable to inform the control room to send a team to the factory. Constable does. Police already at the factory informs that they have been informed that five people have been held hostage, but they are not present. It is told to Ishan that those five are currently in Ramtek Hospital. Ishan stands up with great difficulty and walks towards his car. Hearing the constable, he rushes to the hospital.
Upon arriving at the hospital, Ishan observes Savi recounting the events to the police. She rushes towards him and embraces him with an outpouring of emotions. Reminding him that she had assured Samrudh of her timely arrival, she questions why he would harm her loved ones. Trying to console her, Ishan reassures her that everything will be fine. The doctor then delivers the devastating news that her family has passed away. Distraught, Savi frantically asks if it was because of her actions. However, the doctor clarifies that they were brought in already deceased. Overwhelmed with grief, Savi continuously sobs and laments why Samrudh would take away her family – leaving her all alone. Ishan comforts her during this difficult time.
Initially, Ishan rescued the Chavan family from Samrudh and took them towards the door when Samrudh aimed a gun at them and threatened to kill him. Ishan pleaded with him to let them go and shoot him. Samrudh refused, saying they would all die. He fired. They fled and hid. Vinayak diverts Samrudh’s attention while Ishan takes his family aside.
He throws a paint bucket at Samrudh, causing his gun to fall. Ishan then trashes Samrudh. Ninad tells Ashwini that he knows Ishan will punish Samrudh and save them, seeing Virat in Ishan. Mandar hits Ishan from behind. Ishan falls. Samrudh says Ishan escaped last time, but this time he can’t. Ishan escapes his bullets.
After Ishan exits the flashback, Savi is still crying and hugging him. He recalls how the bullet struck the oil tank, which ignited. He thinks he needs to inform Savi that he went there to help her family, but.. He tells her he wants to tell her something: whatever happened with her family is actually.. One patient is still alive, so the doctor informs her. They rush toward the patient.
