Savi hails an auto and requests the driver to promptly take her to Shivaji Road. Upon arrival, she is taken aback by the sight of Ishaan tumbling down. She rushes to his aid but then stumbles as a truck suddenly screeches to a halt. Meanwhile, Ishaan urges Chinmay to come home with him, but Chinmay vehemently rejects the offer and mercilessly attacks him.
Savi smacks Chinmay for hitting Ishaan and holds Ishaan. Chinmay tells her that if she touches him, he will feel her too. Savi gives him another slap. To beat her, he raises his hand. Interfering, Ishaan identifies the man as his older brother Chinmay, Shikha’s spouse and Surekha’s son. Chinmay tells him not to call him brother and leaves, claiming that he will spill all of Ishaan’s blood if they are truly brothers.
Upon his arrival, Ishaan shares with his family the news that Chinmay is currently in Pune and had resorted to violence when he suggested they return home rather than stay at a hotel. Naturally, this comes as a shock to the whole family. Inquiring further, Asmita asks what prompted Chinmay’s attack and how he responded to Ishaan’s request for them to go back home. Ishaan reveals that he had asked Chinmay about Yashwant. Recalling her unpleasant encounter with him, Shikha trembles with fear.
Ishaan inquired whether she was aware that Chinmay was in Pune. She denies having seen him for quite some time. Ishaan then offers Yashwant the chance to invite Chinmay over by giving him his phone. However, Yashwant forcefully tosses the phone aside, stating that he doesn’t want Chinmay near their home or relatives. In response, Shikha accidentally drops a water tray in fright, but Savi comforts her.
Surekha brings up Chinmay’s presence in Pune to Yashwant as they walk. However, he quickly shuts her down and refuses to discuss the matter. Despite this, Surekha persists, and Yashwant reveals that Chinmay has contacted them to discuss their relationship. She tells him she had visited her son during his stay in Pune. But Yashwant points out that their son lacks respect for them and often speaks ill of them. In frustration, he decides to call Chinmay himself.
While Chinmay savours his tea at a nearby stall and declines Yashwant’s phone call, Anvi and Durva appear visibly anxious about the circumstances at home. As Durva enters the room, she inquires why they haven’t prepared for college yet, pointing out that Ishaan might get upset if they are late. Durva suggests they may skip college today due to an incident at home. Ishaan sees an old photograph of him and Chinmay tucked away in a book.
Savi tends to him with a cold pack as he draws his hand away. He questions why she hasn’t started college yet and advises her to prioritize her studies instead of getting caught up in household matters. Savi explains that she can’t focus on studying when Ishaan is visibly upset. Upon learning about his altercation with Chinmay, Reeva hurries over to Ishaan and gently applies a cold pack to his hand. Savi can’t help but feel envious as she watches their interaction.
