At Savi’s request, Virat brings a kite and its thread. She expresses her admiration and asks him to teach her how to fly it. He happily agrees. Savi excitedly announces that she will now fly the kite. As they begin their attempt, Sai walks out to join them, with the song “Rishton Ka Manjha” playing in the background. Together, they take up a challenge against another child and emerge victorious. Savi celebrates her win while Virat smiles at seeing Sai’s joy. Just then, Satya wheels himself towards them. Savi proudly informs him of her achievement while Virat explains that he had come to fulfill Savi’s request for a kite and is now leaving. Savi then reveals that her mother had suggested she ask Satya uncle for help in flying the kite, hence she called him over. Satya responds with a light-hearted comment about being useless now, as per Savi’s mother’s observation.
Sai notices Savi had left her kite thread on the ground and headed towards it. While walking, she accidentally steps on a manhole and falls in. She immediately calls out for assistance. Savi and Satya, upon hearing her cries, rush to her side. With tears in her eyes, Savi pleads for Satya to save Sai’s aayi (mother). Despite his best efforts, Satya is unable to pull Sai out of the manhole. In a moment of panic, Satya himself almost falls into the hole when Virat appears on the scene just in time to grab hold of him. Remembering Savi’s plea for help, Virat rushes over and struggles to pull Sai out with great difficulty. Eventually, with Virat’s help, they are able to rescue Sai from the manhole. Filled with relief and gratitude, Savi gratefully embraces Virat and thanks him for saving her aayi. In turn, Virat acknowledges that Satya had also done everything he could to rescue Sai. Although he couldn’t save Sai himself, Satya expresses his gratitude towards Virat for saving his wife. With the situation now under control, Virat leaves the scene.
After some time, Sai contacts nurse Rani to inquire about any potential leave today, given that there are no urgent appointments for her to attend. Nurse Rani confirms that there are no emergency cases at the moment. Sai then mentions that she has already informed Dr Maya about her anticipated absence and suggests diverting her patients to her colleague. Nurse Rani hypothesizes that this may be why Virat’s parents visited Dr Maya for their regular checkup instead of seeing Sai. Upon reflection, Sai realizes that Virat may have recommended a different doctor due to Satya’s behavior. She decides to reach out to Ashwini and question the reason for their choice of doctor. In response, Ashwini explains that they did not want to trouble Sai while she is already coping with stress. However, Sai assures Ashwini that she can always count on her if needed.
Sai feels frustrated recalling his inability to save Sai and Virat saving her instead. Sai walks in and tells him he won’t get sick soon, so he shouldn’t put unnecessary pressure on himself. Sai says their thinking changes their line of treatment. He asks her to stop giving false hope as he is a doctor, and he knows his future from seeing his recovery. Sai asks if she wants to return to Virat. Sai asks what?
Satya asks Sai if she still loves Virat and wants to return to him. If so, he urges her to go. However, Sai questions how she can simply leave without any hesitation. Satya confesses his love for her but does not want her to feel obligated to be with him. Sai reminds Satya that she is not some object that can be passed on to others; it is her life and she has made a conscious decision to fulfill her responsibilities diligently. She reassures Satya that he will recover soon and everything will fall back into place. However, Virat remains under the impression that Sai only stayed with him out of pity, rather than genuine love and commitment.
In recalling Satya’s words, Sai burns her finger while cooking. Her inner voice tells her not to bother herself and leave Satya when he asks her to. Satya was there for her whenever she needed help, so she can’t leave him. Her inner voice wonders if she will sacrifice her love for Satya. What if Satya does not get better.
The inner voice whispers, let’s see, but make sure it’s not too late. Sai calls Dr Survase and asks him to give Dr Joseph Smith his Germany friend’s number. She says she will do everything she can to get Satya back on his feet. The doctor asks Sai if she wants Satya treated by him, since online treatment is never effective and Satya may have to go to Germany. Sai agrees.
