While Asmita was busy serving tea to the Bhosale family and Reeva in the living room, Yashwant overheard music outside and immediately inquired about the early morning baraat. Suddenly, Chinmay’s arrival was announced as he arrived in a jeep with his supporters dancing to the lively tune of “Chinta ta ta..”. The entire family came out to greet him, and Shikha’s face lit up with joy while everyone else appeared bewildered.
Chinmay respectfully greets Surekha and comments on the scorching weather. He then instructs his assistant to hand out garlands to all present and inquires if they will not receive the Bhosale family’s next successor. Mr Yashwant Rao Bhosale, who appears upset, gives him an intense glance. The heir introduces himself and turns to Durva and Anvi, asking if they will also welcome their elder brother. The two sisters adorn him with garlands, followed by Asmita and Nishi.
Chinmay bids farewell to his friends and steps inside his home. Yashwant confronts him, questioning how he dared to enter his house and demands that he leave. Surekha intervenes, urging Yashwant to calm down since Chinmay has finally returned after years. Shikha attempts to pay her respects by touching Chinmay’s feet, but he stops her, expressing his distaste for the traditional husband-wife dynamic as he sees himself more as a villain than a godly figure. He asks Shikha to remove two garlands around his neck, leaving only one remaining. Amidst all this, he notices Reeva and inquires about her identity.
Reeva introduces herself as Reeva Marathe. Chinmay inquires if she is married to Ishaan and mentions receiving a wedding invitation from his mother. Upon noticing Savi, he comments on her previous question about the road belonging to her father and reminds her that this house belongs to his father, implying that she doesn’t belong there.
According to Chinmay, Ishaan had originally asked him to come home but became a co-owner of the properties instead. When Ishaan questions this and claims ownership of the house, Chinmay points out that his parents see Ishaan as their son, so everything belongs to him.
Ishaan pleads for him to stop the negative thoughts. In response, Chinmay attempts to punch him. Savi quickly intervenes and firmly states she will not tolerate physical attacks on Ishaan. Chinmay then warns her to move aside, declaring that he already has one enemy and challenges her to leave the house.
