Savi is pleaded to wake up for his sake by Ishan, and Ishan performs her CPR. Reeva is shocked to notice that. She runs to Ishan and says she will perform Savi’s CPR. Ishan says there is no time for that, and he does Savi’s CPR. Ishan says she wants to go home with her family. Savi’s condition is terrible. They need to take her to the hospital. Ishan lifts her and gets her into the car, where Reeva drives.
In shock, Reeva and Nishikant observe his behavior. Ishan asks them to drive the car now. Nishikant drives the vehicle. Ishan holds Savi’s head on his lap and says he won’t let anything happen to her. Reeva stares at him in shock. They reach the hospital. Savi continues to murmur that she wants to go to her family. Ishan says he won’t let her go anywhere. Nurses take Savi to the emergency room.
Reeva asks Nishiant what is going on and why she doesn’t control Ishan. The nurse takes Ishan to Harini’s room. Nishi says Surekha’s concern that Ishan would be stuck between Savi and her sister is accurate. The doctor tells Ishan they cannot continue Harini’s treatment in this hospital and that he must transfer her to Pune’s better hospital if he wants Harini to survive. Ishan walks out of Harini’s room. Reeva asks what happened, but he doesn’t answer.
Nishikant tells Ishan that he has paid Savi and Harini’s hospital bills and a 50000 rupee advance, so he should be back home now. Ishan says he won’t leave since Savi just lost her family, and she needs him. The media will exaggerate Nishi’s concern about Ishan, and they will be stuck. He tells Savi that he knows she is in deep shock, but she should also remember her Tai, who is fighting for her life and has the same pain as her. As Reeva watches them silently, Savi hugs him and says she will always take care of her Tai.
Nishikant says he is doing it for Ishan and not for her. He calls a Pune doctor and asks him to arrange Harini’s admission until he brings her there. Savi thanks Nishikant and Reeva for their help. Reeva says he means they came here for Ishan, but now that he sees their college student in trouble, he is helping her and her family.
With Ishan, Savi enters the ambulance. Holding Harini’s hand, she recalls her promise to protect her and be with her forever. She apologizes to Harini. Ishan offers her water. Savi asks Samrudh why she killed her family when she had agreed to marry him.
Ishan reveals to Savi that he bears responsibility for the tragic events involving her family and Harini. He explains that while attempting to come to their aid, things went awry, and Samrudh, driven by his anger, caused a fire accident through his reckless actions. Ishan notices that Savi has fallen asleep, assuming she didn’t hear anything he said. He gently wakes her up and assures her they have arrived at the hospital where Tai will receive the best possible treatment. Savi confesses that her Tai is her reason for living, and if anything had happened to her, she would have lost the will to live.
