Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein Written Episode begins with Patil’s men dragging Savi, Harini, and others into the wedding venue. Ishaan shows his concern for Savi and recognises Kiran among Patil’s aides. Patil shamelessly declares his love for Savi. Ishaan reacts in anger, but Surekha stops him. Patil confesses that he lost his job because of his obsession with Savi, yet he still loves her. Nishi quietly informs YRB that Harini’s husband Kiran is also part of Patil’s gang. Surekha blames Savi for all the family’s troubles, calling her inauspicious. Mandar then reveals himself and taunts that even he is part of this game.
Patil proposes a deadly challenge. He points a gun at Anvi and asks the Bhosales to identify Savi’s third enemy. Giving clues related to Savi’s marriage, her family’s death, and Durva’s wedding, he counts down to shoot. At the last moment, Ishaan shouts Mandar’s name. Mandar removes his mask, laughs evilly, and accuses the family of ruining his son’s life. Ankush pleads to spare the innocent students, but Patil ignores him and continues his twisted games.
Savi begs him to release everyone. Patil announces that since all of Savi’s known ones are present, he will marry her right there in Ishaan’s wedding mandap. He steals Ishaan’s groom’s pagdi, wears it proudly, and declares himself the groom with Kiran and Mandar as his baratis. He commands Savi to get ready for marriage. Ishaan furiously warns him, saying Savi would never accept him, but Patil silences him with a gun.
Savi finally agrees to marry Patil in exchange for everyone’s safety. Ishaan is shocked by her words, but Patil orders his men to beat Ishaan when he protests. Mandar warns Patil not to trust Savi, but Patil insists on going ahead with the wedding. He hands a bridal dress to Durva and threatens her to get Savi ready, pretending to stab her to prove his point. Durva reluctantly agrees, terrified for her life.
Mandar and another aide take Savi and Durva to a classroom. Savi cleverly insists on getting ready in the exam hall instead, since the classroom has transparent glass walls. Mandar warns her to be quick or he will break the door. Meanwhile, Patil announces a sangeet ceremony and humiliates YRB, forcing him to dance. YRB refuses, saying he would rather die. Patil provokes him, then orders Kiran to hold Ishaan and Chinmay captive. Kiran beats Ishaan brutally, and when Chinmay protests, he too is thrashed.
Patil then cruelly asks YRB to choose which of his sons should die first. Ishaan pleads with YRB not to give in, while Chinmay emotionally asks his father to sacrifice him instead, saying Ishaan has always been the obedient son. Shikha breaks down, reminding Chinmay of his responsibilities as her husband and father-to-be. Ishaan urges YRB to take his name instead, as Chinmay is about to become a father.
In the chaos, Durva blames Savi for all the family’s problems and strangles her. Savi struggles, pushes her away, and says if Durva cannot use her brain, then at least let her think of a solution. Her eyes fall on her bag, giving her an idea.
