They are shocked when Ishaan and Savi see Kiran as a blood donor. Savi asks what Kiran is doing here. Kiran says he is trying to save his wife. Savi says he is here with a motto. Kiran says his motto is to save his wife. She says she is there for her sister and doesn’t need his help. Because of her, Harini’s condition is critical, her family dies, Samrudh hates her and retaliates against her family, and only Savi is responsible.

Ishaan warns him to stop his drama and blames Savi, saying she is not responsible for anything. The nurse asks Ishaan to stop attacking a donor. Kiran, who is on parole, says he is here to save his wife’s life; he realized how much he troubled her, and now he wants to help her. The nurse sends Ishaan and Savi out.

Reeva has henna applied and inquires with Asmita about using lemon juice to enhance its color. Asmita assures her that it won’t be necessary, as Ishaan loves her deeply, and the henna will come out dark. The mehendi artist asks about the groom’s mother, but Asmita replies that she is absent. The guests commented on her lack of knowledge about Ishaan’s mother. Surekha arrives and clarifies that she is Ishaan’s mother, scolding Asmita for speaking without understanding the situation first. While looking at Harini through the glass door, Ishaan tells Savi to forget what Kiran did and think of Harini’s health. Kiran sensed repentance in Ishaan. Prateek gets angry with Yashwant for letting Ishaan leave the house and asks him to tell them where he is.

Ishan is with Savi, Reeva says. Swati asks if Ishaan went to Savi. Prateek says Savi could not find a blood donor, so he went to help her. Yashwant wonders why he didn’t let them know earlier. Ishan didn’t think about Reeva and went to meet someone else. Reeva wipes off her mehendi and runs away from the scene.

Prateek contacts Savi, and she inquires why he is reaching out. Ishaan takes the phone, and Prateek asks him to come home when their family discovers he has gone to assist Savi. Ishaan scolds him, hurries home, and tells Savi to call him anytime, even late at night if she requires aid. He apologizes to Savi for leaving during the mehndi ceremony to help her. He mentions that Savi’s family is struggling, her condition is serious, and her sister’s condition is critical. He becomes anxious and considers postponing their wedding for 3-6 months. Reeva becomes alarmed upon hearing this and suggests delaying it for six years. However, Ishaan clarified that he did not intend to wait that long.

Reeva says let us cancel the wedding itself and tries to remove her engagement ring. Ishaan asks her not to take it off or else he will die. She breaks down as a result. As he comforts her, he says he knows she has many dreams regarding her wedding; he will change himself and celebrate the haldi function with her happily. There won’t be any issues tomorrow, and he is more eager to marry her than she is.

He claims that although she has always shown him how much she loves him, it is his turn to return the favor. He tells her everything will be alright and expresses gratitude for her entering his life, showing him how much she loves him, helping him realize what love is all about, and being by his side no matter what. He also swears to make tomorrow’s event an unforgettable one. She gives her a joyful hug.
