As Savi sits looking at Harini, the doctor informs her that her condition has improved after the blood transfusion but is still not stable. Kiran offers her water and acknowledges her upset. He apologizes for his earlier misbehavior and says he knows how deeply she is hurt by her family’s death, so he shouldn’t have accused her of Samrudh’s madness. He requests that he be near Harini and take care of her. Savi agrees. He asks that she have water for now.
In the background, the Shenai..song plays. Swati says the groom will be applied haldi first, followed by the bride. Surekha applies haldi to Ishan and performs his aarti. She gets emotional. Durva reminds her not to get emotional, as they are the groom’s family who will bring the bride home. Ishaan’s haldi is next, followed by Anvi’s and Durva’s.
Kiran asks Savi to go and freshen up and let him be with Harini until then, then he will speak to his lawyer to extend his payrole. She hesitates. He insists. She leaves. When Kiran realizes Harini is worried, she starts crying, then laughs and tells him she will die in a minute if he takes away her oxygen mask or stops her glucose supply.
She must be wondering why he gave blood to her if he wants to kill her, but he gave blood to her sister Savi, an evil man who is keeping a bad eye on his in-law. After getting blood, he says she will die soon, so the case against him will be thrown out, and then he will trap Savi in his emotional drama and fulfill all his unfulfilled dreams, but Harini cannot do anything then.
In prayer, he prays that God will not grant his wife peace. His mother walks in. He asks her why she is here. Harini recalls Kiran’s words and opens her eyes. As she recounts Samrudh’s kidnapping, Ishaan’s attempt to save her and her family, and the fire accident, she cries as she realizes Kiran is still evil and wants to hurt Savi. She falls asleep again.
Durva asks Prateek to play their favorite song, Naach Jing Jing Jing Ghat.. The Bhosale family joins in on the dance, except Ishan, who stands quietly. Savi is lost in her thoughts and turns to prayer as she has lost everything – her family and even Harini’s health has taken a turn for the worse. She wonders why such misfortunes are befalling them, yet she continues to pray, hoping that God will bring happiness back into their lives. As she ponders this, a cottonseed flower falls on her shoulder, and surprisingly, it also falls on Ishan, who is standing on the other side. A smile spreads across his face as he remembers Shukla’s words about a belief in their village that whoever a cotton seed flower falls on will soon get married.
Ishaan stops Surekha and asks if he can offer Haldi to Reeva. Durva, Anvi, and Asmita take selfies with him. Surekha says they enjoy the ceremony here instead of taking Haldi for Reeva. We want to break tradition. Ishaan says he made many mistakes and wants to apologize for them by giving this haldi to Reeva. Surekha agrees. Yashwant says no one can stop him. Ishaan smiles at Reeva.
