When Sai and Pulkit removed Pakhi’s uterus during surgery, Vanraj decided to hide Vinu’s truth until things normalized so Pakhi could become a mother. Pakhi asks Sai how he can hide such a big secret from her. After knowing the truth, Virat feared Pakhi would take Vinu back with her again. She has suffered a lot and married a man who could never truly be her husband. If she finds out that Vinu is Sai and Virat’s son, she would die.
As Sai becomes angry, he asks why he kept a mother away from her son, a mother who is burning with guilt for losing her son. Virat requests that he listens to him calmly once more. Her heart beats for everyone but her. He misbehaves with her and takes decisions for her life. She does not want to see his face at all. She leaves.
She warns him that she shouldn’t speak to anyone about this which worsen the situation. Virat says that there was nothing he could do. Sai says he should stay away from her. Sai leaves in an auto. Virat thinks she got adamant again and one wrong step again will ruin many lives. Watchman informs Pakhi that Vinayak left long ago. She thinks Sai must have taken Vinu along and called her, but her number cannot be reached.
Pakhi calls Virat next and informs him that Vinu isn’t at school and that Sai’s phone isn’t reachable. Virat fears Sai has taken Vinu and asks Pakhi to check with Mohit. Mohit informs Pakhi that he didn’t pick Mohit. She calls Virat and tells him that Mohit didn’t pick Mohit, and he doesn’t know where their son is. Virat tells her to relax. After noticing a CCTV camera, Pakhi says she will review the footage and discover who took Vinu.
The next day, Virat calls Karishma and asks if Sai returned home with the kids. Karishma says not yet. Virat fears Sai took Vinu to Kankavali. He calls Sai’s hospital and learns that Sai didn’t go to the hospital at all today.
Sai takes Vinu away as Pakhi checks the CCTV footage. She fumes about Sai taking her son without her permission and tells Virat that Sai took Vinu away and was acting as if she were Vinu’s mother, how dare she be taking her son away without her permission? Seeing that the situation is out of control, Virat assures Pakhi that he will bring Vinu back home. He searches for Sai and asks his subordinate to track Sai’s live location.
A subordinate informs him that the phone is off, but the last location is the bus stand. Virat wonders if Sai is leaving town forever with Vinu. He reaches the bus stop and looks for Sai and Vinu, but does not find them. He thinks Sai has already taken Vinu away. Vinu asks Sai why she is celebrating Vinu’s birthday today. Sai says because it’s a special day as she got her son back today, she hopes Vinu calls her mother.
Vinu and Savi cut the cake singing a birthday song. Virat sees luggage nearby and says they aren’t going anywhere. A man at a table next to them says his luggage is there. Sai says she sought a wish from Bappa today. Then Virat apologizes to Vinu. Vinu asks why he said that they aren’t going anywhere. Virat says he shouldn’t have brought Vinu here without informing her. Vinu says Sai wanted to surprise him and celebrate his birthday with him.
Virat says she should have informed him before bringing the children here. Sai says they should leave it at that.
Virat has 72 hours to inform his family and Pakhi that Vinu is Sai’s son and to allow her to take him away. Ashwini informs Virat that Pakhi and Vinu are missing.
