Aman quickly steps in, saying “no comments” and guides him inside. They meet their lawyer, Mr Wadia, who reminds Rajat that today’s hearing will not only finalise his divorce but also determine Sai’s custody. Wadia advises Rajat to speak carefully before the judge. Rajat agrees and insists that he must get Sai’s custody at any cost.

Meanwhile, Harsh and Ashika arrive with Sai. Aman questions why they brought the child to court, and Rajat replies that they are hungry for publicity and would do anything to gain sympathy. When reporters ask Harsh about the case, he claims Sai is like his own daughter and that he won’t let an irresponsible man have her custody. Ashika hands Sai over to Mrs Pereira, instructing her to take care of the child until the hearing is over.

Sai spots Rajat from afar and runs toward him, calling out to her father. Rajat kneels down, ready to embrace her, but Ashika stops Sai just before she reaches him. She tells Sai not to talk to strangers and gives her back to Mrs Pereira.

Inside the courtroom, the hearing begins. The judge calls Rajat and Ashika forward and says she has a question for them before reaching a final decision. Meanwhile, Sai insists Mrs Pereira call her “Pari aunty,” referring to Savi. Mrs Pereira contacts Savi and hands the phone to Sai. Savi immediately senses Sai’s sadness and asks what happened. Sai replies that her parents are in court and she doesn’t know what is going on. Savi assures her that she will come there soon and takes the court address.

The judge proceeds to finalise Rajat and Ashika’s divorce. She confirms that, according to their filing, their son Kian lives with Ashika while daughter Sai stays with Rajat. However, Ashika’s lawyer interrupts, stating that Ashika also wants Sai’s custody because Rajat is irresponsible. Rajat loses his temper, but Wadia stops him. Wadia then tells the judge that Ashika abandoned Sai when she was just six months old and never returned. He explains that Kian has been living in a boarding school in Panchgani for the last four years because Ashika is too busy with her own life. Now, suddenly, she wants custody of Sai.

Rajat recalls the painful memory of Ashika leaving him and Sai behind to live a luxurious life with Harsh. The judge, considering the arguments, decides to postpone the custody hearing for 15 days and instructs both parties to maintain the current arrangement until then. Rajat reacts emotionally, but Wadia again asks him to stay calm.

Outside the court, Rajat tells Wadia that he cannot lose Sai and will do everything possible to get her back.

Harsh exits the courtroom holding Ashika’s hand. Ashika cheerfully tells Sai that they will always be together now. Harsh instructs Mrs Pereira to take Sai home in another car. When Ashika questions why, he says he has a surprise for her. Overjoyed, Ashika agrees and sends Sai with Mrs Pereira. Harsh then presents her with a new car, saying that he finally snatched away the most special thing from Rajat. Ashika feels hurt, asking if he is happy because of defeating Rajat rather than celebrating with her. Harsh brushes it off, telling her to enjoy the moment. Rajat watches the scene silently, his eyes filled with tears.

Sai insists on meeting her father. Just then, Savi arrives, and Sai hugs her tightly, saying she wants to go home with her papa. Savi looks around and notices Rajat. Sai runs to him, holds his hand, and pleads with him to take her home. She promises not to create trouble again. Rajat tells her that he will take her home after 15 days and walks away coldly. Savi comforts the crying Sai and feels heartbroken, thinking Rajat has turned into a man with a stone heart.

At home, Bhagyashree grows worried after learning about the hearing. She tells Wadia that they must ensure Sai’s custody stays with Rajat. She prays for someone kind-hearted to enter their lives and love Sai as her own daughter. She recalls how Ashika destroyed their family’s happiness and begs God to send a mother figure for Sai who will truly care for her.

Savi later drops Sai off at Harsh’s bungalow. Sai cries, saying she doesn’t want to go inside. Savi comforts her, gifting her a scarf and telling her to hug it whenever she misses her. Sai smiles and says Savi is very sweet. Bhagyashree prays once more that Sai will meet her Yashoda Maiya — someone who will love her as her own and whom Sai will also see as a mother. She promises never to pray again if that wish is not fulfilled.

Meanwhile, at Isha and Shantanu’s house, Isha receives a letter. Shantanu brings coffee and notices her worried expression. He asks what happened, and Isha says it would have been better if the letter had arrived a few days earlier. She tells him they must hide it from Savi. Just then, Savi walks in and asks what they are talking about. Isha quickly hides the letter and tries to change the subject. However, the letter accidentally falls to the ground. When Isha tries to pick it up, Savi grabs it first, saying “statue” playfully and reads it.
