The disciple shares with Guruji that Ishaan and Savi also got married, along with Vithal and Rukhumai. He shows a video of their wedding. Guruji remarks that their timing was fortunate, as it coincided with Vithal and Rukhumai’s union, and their bond will last forever. He then offers them prasad from God. Ishaan accepts while Savi storms off in anger. Reeva is upset to see her mangalsutra break, but Swati assures her they can fix it. Surekha expresses concern but agrees.
Harini passes away as soon as Savi reaches the hospital. The doctor removes Harini’s oxygen mask and informs Savi that she has passed away. As Harini stands in shock, she pleads to open her eyes since no one is in her life like her. She continues shaking her and says she married Ishaan as per her wish, showing her Sindhoor and Mangalsutra. Death is pronounced at 3:40 p.m. by the doctor.
Ishaan notices Harini’s heart begins to beat again when Savi lies on her chest. Ishaan informs the doctor, who returns and says it is impossible. He asks Harini to open her eyes as he fulfills her promise. Harini’s heartbeat is running, so it is a miracle that she has survived. Savi hugs Harini and thanks God.
Reeva inquires about the repair of her mangalsutra. Yashwant assured her it would be completed within 2 hours. Swati comforts Reeva while Surekha expresses her concern. Yashwant reassures Surekha by reminding her of Chinmay’s marriage surviving even after he accidentally burned his wedding outfit. Shikha looks disheartened, to which Swati responds by sharing how a barber cut Swanand’s hair in half. Yashwant adds humorously that lawyers often stretch the truth, but Swanand was born with a bald head. Nishi mentions Asmita’s delay on their wedding day, but Swati reminds Reeva that minor mishaps are common in marriages. Reeva prays for a smooth and obstacle-free wedding ceremony.
Despite being breathing, Harini remains unconscious, and no one knows when she will regain consciousness. Ishaan asks him to do something. The doctor says they are doing their best and gives him a prescription. Savi says nothing will happen. As she hugs Harini again, her mangalsutra gets stuck. She recalls Harini’s wish and Ishaan’s marriage.
After buying medicines at a pharmacy, Ishaan calls Yashwant and asks where he is, as he will marry soon. Ishaan says his car broke down. The driver will be sent to pick up his vehicle, and he will reach home soon for Surekha’s sangeet cocktail party. Ishaan thinks about telling his family what he did.
Savi’s friends came to meet her and apologized for not helping her on time. They ask what happened to Harini. Preeti notices her sindhoor and mangalsutra and asks whether she is married. Did she go to Ramtek for marriage? Another friend says why will Savi marry when she has run away from marriage, she wants to become IAS. Preeti asks whether she married Ishaan. Savi asks how they found out she married Ishaan.
Friends notice Ishaan and ask what he’s doing here. They greet him. Ishaan asks what they’re doing here. They say they heard about Savi’s sister’s condition and came to meet her and gave her notes. Whenever they ask Ishaan what he is doing here, he recalls his and Savi’s marriage and says that even sir helped her. That is why her sister is alive today.
