Reeva offers juice to Ishan, telling him he needs some energy to face Surekha. Yashwant and Anvi take notice of this exchange. Anvi wonders if Ishan didn’t have anything when Reeva offered the juice but is now drinking it at her insistence. She then informs Ishan that Surekha’s condition has improved. Without hesitation, Ishan rushes towards Surekha’s room and inquires about her well-being with the doctor. The doctor confirms that she is stable now. Ishan asks if they can see her, to which the doctor agrees, but the doctor mentions that Surekha would like to see Reeva first. Yashwant then invites Reeva to go inside and meet with Surekha.
Reeva says anyone would have done the same. Surekha sees the pain and concern in Reeva’s eyes that would not have come from anyone else and asks what the real reason is. Reeva says she knows the reason. Ishan considers her his mother and loves her very much. Surekha asks why she left Ishan when she loves him so much.
Upon entering, Ishan tells Reeva that her mother blackmailed her into committing suicide if she didn’t leave for London. Reeva says it’s a matter of his health and asks Surekha to have soup. Yashwant remarks that Surekha follows this girl’s orders rather than their own, so they must bring her home. Reeva then serves Nishi, Alka, and Shikha based on their preferences. They are also impressed by her.
Ashwini finds a note with a sari and gives it to Savi. Savi reads the note and says that it is a gift for her wedding, and she will receive the gift slowly. Ashwini wonders who sent this. Ninad wonders what that means. Vinayak says Savi must have upset someone, so he/she is pranking her; let’s forgive it and eat something.
