Isha clarifies that Ishan is their daughter, but they will not tolerate any wrongdoings from him. Savi informs them that Ishan was upset when she chose to stay with them and ruthlessly criticized her online. Concerned, Shantanu wonders if she is considering leaving college because of this. Savi reveals that she followed Shantanu’s advice and went to the police station, but Ishan believes she did so to impress a powerful inspector. He also accuses her of using charm to secure her admission and taking advantage of him. Shocked, Shantanu asks if this is what Ishan had said. Savi sadly confirms that he questioned her character and even suggested that she may have provoked the goons; he now regrets helping her and feels foolish. Seeing someone tarnish her character in such a way pains Savi deeply.

Surekha warns Isha to stop asking about her son due to a characterless girl. Isha asks what kind of woman she is who can’t respect another woman and what kind of upbringing she gave Ishan. They continue to tongue-lash Ishan and try to make him realize his mistake but in vain.
