In her tears, Reeva recalls Ishan rejecting her and insulting him brutally. Savi visits the hospital to meet Ninad Azuba. Harini says Savi shouldn’t have come here because she knows how Bhavani and Vinayak are. Vinay calls Bhavani and asks where they are. Bhavani says their bus will arrive in a few minutes. She asks Ninad if he knows where they are going.
No, Ninad says. Bhavani says they are going to Pune. Ninad asks why Pune. Vinay notices Savi and asks Harini why she brought her here. Harini says even Savi is worried about Azoba. Vinayak verbally abuses Savi and tells her to leave. Savi refuses to leave without meeting Azoba. Vinayak holds her hand and drags her away. The bus arrives for Bhavani and Ninad. Savi frees her hand and runs towards the bus.
As Swanand urges Reeva to continue her studies, Reeva agrees. Swati says that’s fine and asks why she’s still holding the broken vase. Reeva says she’ll fix it and convince Surekha that she and Ishan can still work together. Swanand says Ishan hates her now, so she should forget him. Reeva says he still has feelings for her in response to his hatred. She will join Bhosale Institute and try to convince him.
Swati says Yashwant won’t admit or let her near the door. She says she will join the institute as an assistant professor and has applied for the position online. Swanand says Yashwant won’t give her that position. In her statement, Reeva requests that they return to Mumbai and that she will try her best to stay here alone.
Bhavani is fuming with anger when she spots Savi getting off the bus. She immediately orders Savi to leave the area. However, Savi stands her ground and insists on meeting Azoba. Bhavani warns her against it, but continues to scold her. Harini and Vinayak approach Ninad and ask him to leave the bus, but he refuses to acknowledge them. As Savi walks towards him, he recognizes her, and his face lights up with joy, much to Bhavani and Vinayak’s dismay. They then make their way into the hospital. While attempting to solve a newspaper puzzle together, Ninad addresses Ishan as “Dr Vinayak,” they are informed that it is now his grandfather’s turn to receive treatment. However, Ninad adamantly refuses to go with the ward boy. It is only after Savi convinces him that he finally agrees to see the doctor with Vinayak’s escort.
As usual, Bhavani criticizes Savi and praises Vinayak. A doctor tests Ninad and informs them that he has advanced dementia and requires surgery that costs 60-70 lakhs; there are three additional issues aside from money; the first is that there are very few doctors who can perform this surgery. Only Dr Ajinkya Shahane is available in Pune, and the second is that he does not have any dates for another 2-3 years, and the third is that Ninad has very little time left.
The man walked into his cabin, still upset. He remembered Reeva in the cabin announcing a microphone. He angrily broke the microphone. Shukla walks in and asks what happened. Ishan tells him to throw away the mic. Shukla asks why. Ishan tells him he needs to do as he says. Shukla wonders what happened to Ishan sir today. The Rangoli colors for the competition are finished, and a student walks up to Ishan and says she needs them.
A student says she called Savi, but she is not picking up. Ishan asks why she asks him, and he is the college’s director. Ishan calls Savi. He calls Nishi. Nishi suggests he not leave everything to the cultural secretary but pitch in to protect the college’s reputation. Savi is busy with Ninad and doesn’t answer his calls either.
