The Goon recalls Mandar’s order to not spare anyone who attempts to protect Isha, especially Savi. He walks away without speaking. Isha meets Nishikanth and asks him why he ignores her multiple calls.
It must be a network issue, Nishi says. Isha asks him to arrange a meeting with him, Yashwant, and Ishan in the afternoon. Yashwant is busy with important work today, so Nishi says it’s impossible. Isha says even her work is important and asks him to let her know what time it will be. Isha walks away without replying.
A short time later, Isha meets Yashwant and Nishi and asks them to call Ishan. Yashwant says Ishan is busy, so they will contact him. Although Isha agrees that their college’s education system, the teacher’s teaching style, and the student’s understanding level are excellent, she cannot understand why temporary staff are being appointed as permanent employees. Yashwant attempts to guilt-trip Isha by reminding her of Ishan’s commitment to the college. Isha acknowledges his concern for her son, but points out that she has not fulfilled her “motherly duty” by neglecting to visit Ishan. Despite Yashwant’s interference, Isha maintains that Ishan will always be her son and eventually realize his mother’s intentions were pure. She declares her determination to submit her report tonight regardless of any obstacles. Meanwhile, in his office, Ishan seethes over why Isha is insistent on re-entering his life. Prateek enters and inquires if the woman was Ishan’s mother. With frustration, Ishan clarifies that she is not his mother before angrily demanding Isha sign some papers he has brought with him. Caught off guard, Isha is taken aback by the divorce papers in front of her.
