The episode of Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein on 31st July 2024 begins with Mrunmayee noticing Isha sitting alone in the living room at midnight, looking upset. Concerned, she asks if everything is fine. Isha tearfully confesses that she was the one who locked Bhagyashree in the storeroom. Shocked, Mrunmayee asks why she did that. Isha explains that she only wanted to confront Rajat for using Savi, but things went wrong. She says she even told Lucky about it, but he stopped her from telling the Thakkars. Mrunmayee realises Aman was right all along. Isha says she wants to apologise to the Thakkars but is unable to gather the courage. Mrunmayee offers to apologise on her behalf and leaves to meet them.
Meanwhile, Rajat reaches Arsh’s house with prasad and a toy for Sai. When the watchman asks if he means Arsh’s daughter, Rajat angrily corrects him, saying Sai is his daughter. Just then, Savi walks out and taunts Rajat, saying drama follows him everywhere. Rajat lashes out, asking what she is doing at Arsh’s house at night and accuses her of taking money from Arsh before the custody hearing. Savi is shocked and scolds him, saying not everyone is greedy like him. She adds that while he is busy doubting people, his daughter is craving love and attention.
Mrunmayee reaches the Thakkar building to apologise to Bhagyashree. Lucky catches her near the lift and worries that Isha might have told her everything. When she confronts him for lying and stopping Isha from revealing the truth, Lucky justifies his actions, saying the Thakkars would have reacted harshly and Isha didn’t know Bhagyashree had asthma. Mrunmayee says Aman was right all along and decides to apologise to him. Lucky stops her, saying it’s late and she should talk to Aman in the morning. She agrees and thanks him for understanding. After she leaves, Lucky smirks, planning to ruin Aman’s reputation permanently.
Later that night, Savi returns home fuming over Rajat’s harsh words. She finds Shantanu waiting for her with cotton candy. When she asks why he’s awake, he says he wanted to spend some time with her. They sit together, and he gently says he’s noticed her growing attachment to Sai. Savi emotionally explains how she relates to Sai’s pain—being neglected by parents, longing for love—and says she feels a deep motherly bond with the little girl. Shantanu smiles, saying Isha is also overprotective of her in the same way. They enjoy the moment, sharing cotton candy and laughter.
The next morning, Isha packs tiffin for Savi and expresses how much she loves her. Savi fondly recalls her moments with Sai and how protective she feels towards her. Mrunmayee tells Isha she is going for an interview. Savi accompanies her to the parking lot. As they walk out, neighbours whisper and stare at Mrunmayee. Two men nearby talk about a leaked video. Savi grabs their phone and is shocked to see a private video of Mrunmayee and Aman circulated online.
Just then, Milind storms in, furious, demanding to know where Mrunmayee is. Savi says she has gone to the society garden. Milind runs there and finds her talking to Aman. Before anyone can react, Milind starts thrashing Aman brutally. Mrunmayee and onlookers try to stop him, but he continues beating Aman in rage. Riddhi witnesses the scene and rushes to inform Rajat.
At Rajat’s house, he and his lawyer, Mr. Wadia, discuss Sai’s custody case. Mr. Wadia explains that they need to prove Ashika is an unfit mother. Bhagyashree supports the plan, revealing that Ashika once abandoned her six-month-old daughter to elope with a rich man and sent her son to a hostel. Mr. Wadia says they need a witness outside the family. Raju suggests Savi, saying she loves Sai deeply and will help once she knows the truth. Aman disagrees, saying Savi will never support them, but Raju insists she will.
Rajat’s family rushes to the garden where Milind is beating Aman. Savi tries to calm Milind and assures Mrunmayee they are with her. Rajat intervenes and warns Milind to stop, but Savi angrily tells him to lower his voice and threatens to send Aman to jail if needed. Bhagyashree demands to know what Aman did. Milind shouts that Aman leaked their private video online. Aman pleads innocence, saying he didn’t do it. The confrontation turns intense as both families clash amid growing chaos.
