Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein 4th August 2024 Written Episode begins with Tara apologising to Bhagyashree for the trouble she created the previous day. Bhagyashree scolds her for making her appear like a joke in front of Savi. Tara says she did not expect things to go that far. Bhagyashree tells her to call Raju and ask what he wants for breakfast.
Raju walks in carrying jalebi and fafda. Bhagyashree asks why he bought these snacks without any special occasion. Tara and Lucky rush excitedly to eat. Raju then reveals he has found a way to secure Sai’s custody. He says they will prove that Rajat’s second wife will care for Sai like her own daughter. Bhagyashree asks where they will find such a girl. Tara insists Rajat will never agree. Raju says he has already chosen the girl and that her family is coming to meet Rajat at Winter Palm Hotel. Bhagyashree says she will convince Rajat.
Shantanu returns home as the song Tum Aye To Aye Mujhe Yaad Gali Aaj Chand Nikla plays in the background. Isha asks why he did not go to college. Shantanu asks her to sit and tells her he has found a groom for Savi, and the family is coming to meet her at Winter Palm Hotel. Isha worries whether Savi will agree, as she lost the desire to marry after the incident with Shashank. Shantanu says he will convince her.
At a restaurant, Savi takes Mrunmayee out to lift her spirits. Mrunmayee becomes anxious seeing people stare at her. Savi encourages her to forget the past and face everyone with courage. She reassures her that Aman will soon be in jail.
Meanwhile, Ashika invites Sai’s friends home and throws a party. She asks Sai if she is enjoying herself. Sai says yes. Arsh comes downstairs and asks what kind of nonsense she is doing. Ashika reminds him he asked her to impress Sai.
Bhagyashree calls Rajat home and serves him his favourite food. Rajat immediately understands that she does this only when she finds a girl for him and says he is not ready to meet anyone. Bhagyashree tells him that his father chose the girl and wants him to meet her today at a hotel.
A flashback shows an incident from six years ago. Bhagyashree suffers an asthma attack while Raju is away. Raju returns and scolds Ashika for going shopping instead of taking care of Bhagyashree. Ashika cries and tells Rajat. Rajat supports her and insults Raju. Heartbroken, Raju disowns Rajat and vows never to speak to him again.
Back in the present, Rajat admits he regrets disrespecting his father because of Ashika and has wanted to apologise ever since.
At Sai’s party, one of her friends asks if Arsh is her father. Sai says her father is Rajat and video calls him. Rajat talks to Sai and her friends. Sai then points at Arsh and tells her friend that he is her father too. She then disconnects saying Rajat must be busy. Rajat gets upset and says he is not busy at all.
Raju meets him and says that even though he stopped talking to him six years ago, he still understands his pain. He says he has decided to get him married to a girl who will love Sai and bring good changes into his life. Rajat agrees to meet the girl.
On the other side, Shantanu informs Savi about the arranged meeting. Savi says he is behaving just like Isha. Shantanu says she has suffered enough and he cannot watch her go through more pain. He wants her to meet the boy at the hotel. Savi finally agrees.

Rajat and Savi reach the marriage registrar’s office and request an immediate marriage for the sake of someone they love. The officer refuses and walks away. They fear they may lose Sai forever if they do not marry. Ashika overhears everything.
