Harini’s condition becomes critical, causing the doctor to become tense as her vital signs fluctuate. He quickly requests the nurse to bring a defibrillator, but upon returning, she reports it is not working. In response to Savi and Ishaan’s arrival, they inquire about Harini’s well-being. The doctor explains that her condition is dire and requires surgery, but unfortunately, Dr Salaskar, who was supposed to operate, is out of the country. Ishaan suggests finding another doctor, to which the nurse informs them that Dr Dave is the only one available for the operation. However, he is currently occupied at a nearby hospital.
Ishaan requested that she summon him into this room, but the nurse explained that he could not do so for another 2 hours. Upon hearing this, Ishaan decides to take Harini to Dr. Dave instead. However, the wardboy informs them that a short circuit has occurred on this floor and in the operating theater, disrupting the power supply. Meanwhile, a minister has been hospitalized in an adjacent room, and his entourage of party workers, media personnel, and the general public prevents anyone from leaving. Despite the obstacles, Ishaan carries Harini out of the room only to be stopped by supporters of the minister who demand to know when electricity will be restored.
Asmita mentions to Shikha that, as a mother, she couldn’t protect Anvi, but Savi has rescued both Durva and Anvi on several occasions. However, Durva urges her not to continually praise Savi in front of her as she always seems to have selfish motives. Recently, she manipulated Ishaan into taking her out for dinner and is now attempting to secure a permanent place in this household. Surekha overhears their conversation, and Anvi intervenes, warning Durva not to speak poorly about Savi. Turning to Surekha, Durva questions the accuracy of what was said.
The nurse explains to Ishaan that Harini must promptly be transferred to a different hospital. However, the politician’s followers are blocking the path and refusing to step aside until their leader recovers. The nurse then informs Ishaan that they only have 10 minutes remaining. Despite facing obstacles from the supporters, Ishaan struggles to carry Harini and eventually stumbles but manages to keep her safe in his arms.
Savi inquires about his well-being, and he reassures her that he is okay. Determined to leave the hospital, they encounter a group of supporters obstructing the exit. Ishaan urgently declares the need to escape by any means necessary. However, their path is blocked by police officers who deny them passage. Thinking quickly, Ishaan instructs Savi to follow him as they attempt a longer route. Unfortunately, he falls once more, and Savi rushes for his aid.
Upon arrival at the hospital, Ishaan contacts Dr. Dave for medical assistance. However, the nurse informs him that the doctor is in the operating room. Despite this, Ishaan makes his way towards the OT but is stopped by the nurse. Eventually, Dr. Dave exits the OT, and Ishaan appeals to him to treat Harini since her regular doctor, Dr. Salaskar, is out of the country. The doctor advises him to schedule an appointment first, but Ishaan desperately pleads for Harini’s life to be saved. Moved by his earnest plea, Dr. Dave agrees and instructs the nurse to transfer Harini to a dialysis room. With much effort, Ishaan carries Harini to the dialysis room while Savi is stopped by the nurse outside. Meanwhile, Dr. Dave treats Harini and reassures Ishaan that she will be acceptable before requesting him to wait outside. As he exits the room, Ishaan meets Savi, who has gone to pray for Harini’s well-being at a nearby deity’s idol, after witnessing Ishaan’s determined efforts to bring her there.
Ishaan’s phone rings and it’s a call from Surekha. She wants to know his whereabouts since she has been trying to reach him for quite some time. He answers her call, and she immediately asks about his location. Ishaan informs her that he is currently at the hospital with Harini, who is in critical condition.
Unfortunately, the hospital they were initially at experienced a power failure, so he had to transfer her to another one. Surekha requests that he stay by Harini’s side and provide updates on her condition. In the meantime, Yashwant also inquires about what happened, and Surekha shares that Harini’s condition is critical and Ishaan and Savi are with her. She adds that if something were to happen to Harini, Savi may stay with them permanently.
As the doctor emerges from the dialysis room, he updates Ishaan and Savi on Harini’s improved condition. He explains that she has begun receiving dialysis following some modifications to her treatment plan. Overcome with emotion, Savi embraces Ishaan and expresses her gratitude. She then recalls her grandmother’s belief that when God cannot personally intervene, he sends angels to help. In this moment, Savi sees Ishaan as Harini’s saving angel and expresses her heartfelt thanks. Turning towards Harini’s room, Savi wonders if Ishaan will join them.
Ishaan declares his intention to complete the admission procedures and reunite with her. Savi, in turn, confronts Harini for attempting to abandon her and expresses how she cannot bear the thought of living without her. She pleads with Harini to recover quickly. The nurse reassures them that Harini will be fine and reminds them to be grateful for Ishaan’s devoted efforts to save her. This speaks volumes about his care and concern for Harini.
